very bad service..the people at the reception area behaves like they r the boss of the clinic.they are not picking up the phone ,they are disconnecting the phone intentionally.we we questioned this they r making fun of us ...hectic staffs...if doctor is noticing the review please consider this....

One of the best arthritis and rheumatism treatment centers in town is located behind BPL tires. The building looks more like a home, and there is plenty of parking available at two locations: the side and in front of the building. However, the staff and service were not up to par. I had to wait in a 3-hour queue to consult the doctor, despite being given a time slot by the staff

Very bad experience. and very bad hospitality. There is no quality treatment. And the level of commitment from Dr is tooo low. I won't suggest to anybody.

No commitments with patients...every thing is for business..,guys there should learn how to behave with people..more than medicine just a sincere smile is enough for a little relief..i felt bad..

He is by far, the best rheumatologist in Malabar area. I have consulted a few others in malabar area before, so I can confidently say this. Doesn't put the patients on overmedication. Excellent service with fully equipped laboratory, pharmacy and imaging services. Thank you Dr Binoy and team. The other staffs are also good here. I highly recommend this clinic.

For booking You have to call minimum 100 times in a day Still not picking calls , Staff behavior is very bad also .

I recommend Doctor. I'm very happy the way I was treated. From the time of initial consultation doctor was very friendly in his approach.

Basic manner of a clinc is to pick a phone and respond properly. That I had never seen from this clinc.

Had consulted doctor for eight years... continued visit since I didn't know any other good doctor for rheumatism...very bad experience...money minded...he keeps on giving tablets and increase the dosage of steroids in case of pain...later even severe gastric issues have been a result of this...in case of emergency can't even contact him...

been trying to call the listed numbers to schedule an appointment for many days, but no response. Not sure why those phone numbers are mentioned on his name board in front of the clinic, if there is no one to answer the phone

I used to visit this place to get advice from the doctor. Dr. Binoy J.Paul is an experienced doctor in orthopaedic and rheumatic medicine. My wife is also suffering from ortho and thematic and she is better now.

Its a very badly organised setup. Booking is available only over phone and you need to be lucky to get through this process. Keep the entire day of consultation free since they dont stick to the time allotted .The only guarantee after the booking is that you can consult the doctor on that day. My suggestion is to do the consultation at Baby memorial hospital by this doctor, where it is better managed.

Very slow , staf very bad behaviour. Wast time It is very difficult to get a booking.Saying that there is online booking. but it doesn't get it.Even if you come in the morning, you will get the booking on Monday

A well-experienced doctor. However, don't expect any hospitality from the receptionists. Despite multiple attempts to book an appointment, I was met with neglectful and inattentive staff members who consistently failed to answer my phone calls. They sit as if they don't care. Many people tolerate this behaviour just to seek treatment from the doctor. I wonder if the doctor is not giving attention as you can see many reviews about the receptionists. All the reviews that you are seeing in this are frustrations.
