One of the most irresponsible pet shops I have come across. I purchased a bird on the last Friday and within 2 days bird showed poor health. These people dont pick up the phone when you call them, irrespective of number of calls. When I personally visited and asked about bird health, these people disowned any action and I was forced to see a doctor. in next 2 days bird expired even after treating. While I checked with doctor, it came out that bird was already sick and was kept for selling. Sense of ownership for a living animal is missing. Not recommended at all...!!!

Very bad place ... has good collection but staff is very rude and arrogant..... the staff does not respond in hindi even when asked to..... they only speak Marathi ..... just to clarify they understand hindi and can speak hindi as well but they do not respond or speak in Hindi due to false sense of pride ..... There are many better shops in Pune with much better, friendly and courteous staff ..... please visit those shops ...... this shop is pathetic and useless ......

Bought imported Koi and other fish from this shop but in less then 30 mins one of the koi was dead, I just asked the person to give me that pair and went to see other things, didn't saw fishes while paying bill. When I came home put fishes in aquarium for acclamation i saw that one of the fish was dead. Tried to call shop but they did not received call...... Never go there as the aquarium fish are bit expensive.

It just looks like a wholesale shop but the prices are way more than retail shops. I went to purchase a 200w heater for the aquarium the price mentioned on the sticker was 350 the girl at the counter agreed to give it for 300 but I fortunately thought of checking some more option and I bought the same heater at 220 at a shop 10x smaller.

Giving two star as they sell pets as well.. I don't know but I felt so bad by looking at those birds, cats, fishes and all.. I could imagine how if human as been put into a cage for life.. ☹️ I don't have words. But people who want to buy pet stuffs or accessories.. awesome place to visit and has good options.

But this store seems to bit costly compared to other shops. Don't know if customers really care in local or imported items but that was the reason they gave upon cost. Requested some discount but not given. 1 small fish pair for ₹150, too costly. Rest everything is good. Roadside parking available. Accepts cash, UPI payments.

First of all No one knows who is really running the shop. You will always find 5 to 6 people in the shop who are very rude. They seperate puppies at a very early age and charge overly high price. Puppy was kept in a very small cage and he kept crying badly. My friends bought some fish and bird from them.. they hardly survived.. Total rude people are running this shop. No decency..

They have numerous varieties of beta fishes. The staff is very supportive and kind.

Owner always busy on call & staff too busy to explain things in clear way. Most of the times as a customer we get worried about our fish health however when you call them , 7/10 times no one picks up call. Be careful before you buy new fish. Make sure they look healthy. This is just my experience, it could be better for others but so far i didn't get the service i was hoping for. Switched to a different shop now so hopefully I won't face same issues again.

A big shop for aquarium and pet store. They have all types of pet accessories and food items. Toys, belts, chains, etc... There is plenty of street parking for your vehicles available. They can take order of any bird or pet animal and get it available for you. There are various types of aquarium fish available. I find prices of fish in a bit higher side, though. The guy over there also provides all types of information about fish and pet if you asked him any. Overall, it was a very nice place if you are planning to buy any pets or aquarium fish near the punawale area.
