The experience was fantastic. We went there to cut my son's hair and he was also very much happy to have a beautiful hair cut . Overall staffs are friendly , the environment is good,and service was perfect as desired.

I visited this place for - waxing - facial - threading I love that they have a separate room for waxing. They use clean strips with RICA wax. It was very comfortable experience. Facial was superb. The products they used are supreme and I can see the change in my face post facial. Highly recommended.

This is my first visit. Hair stylist Surojit listened to my requirements and suggested a hair cut accordingly. He also explained how he’s going to cut and share his thoughts every now and then. I needed someone who would suggest me ideas and Surojit did that. They gave me a head massage which was very relaxing. Everything is great about this place It provided me with the best solution for my hair . Really I am satisfied with the job. Superb. Made me think to visit again.Thanks a lot for your service.

I have visited for only a haircut and beard shaving. But after the hair wash for the haircut, I changed my decision to add one more service - a hair spa. Because the hair wash was great. I think it was not just a hair wash, but a head massage. The environment of the salon is too good, and the relaxation will change your mind not to leave that place. After completing the haircut and beard, they started the hair spa by a beautician girl. I think it was the best ever hair spa I have received. At the time of the hair spa, I felt that I was in Jannat. During the hair spa, the beautician told me that Napit is famous for hair treatment and facial. So, she approached me for a facial. Again, I changed my decision to add one more service. That's all changes happened because of their superb and excellent services. I think this was my best-ever experience in any hair and beauty (unisex) salon in serampore. I can proudly say that Napit is the best salon ever in Serampore and nearby areas. I will visit again and also considered those persons who will want to take hair and beauty-related services like a haircut, facial, hair keratin, hair smoothening, and specially a hair spa for male and female both. Impressive, would be the one word to define the experience I had. Amazing professionals & aesthetically planned ambience. The only studio in Serampore where-in I could trust to get my beard & hair done. Especially Surojit & Sangeeta, whose focus to minor details is really appreciated. I recommend Napit Hair Studio.

Strangely, they are not providing self adhesive collar protector sweat pads for customers. By which minimum basic hygiene is not maintained at all, now I have doubts during shaving what they are playing. Be aware of all these.

I have done keratin and smoothening there with my haircut yesterday and I totally loved it❤️. I can't remove my hands from hair😅.They are also very hygienic and friendly. Everyone should visit there.

Services I tried: - Haircut - Hair Keratin Treatment, and Smoothening - Facial with Detan - Acne Treatment - Pedicure and Manicure - Full Body Waxing, including Full Body Detan The staff was highly skilled and provided best service. I personally Highly recommend this salon for hair and beauty place in Serampore or nearby area. They offer a wide range of services, and the results are outstanding. Fake products (they identify Iramo as Moira- which are brands used for Keratin Treatment. ) Bad service Terrible staff behavior The Keratin treatment had no effect on my hair because no genuine treatment was applied. Don't recommend 10/10
