I recently visited this outlet of Timezone and had a disappointing encounter with one of the staff members named Palash. While playing the 'Lane Master' game, my brother accidentally dropped the ball, which unfortunately hit the screen upon bouncing. Palash's reaction to the incident was highly unprofessional. Instead of calmly addressing the situation, he immediately began scolding my brother in a loud and aggressive manner. Concerned about his behavior, I approached Palash to understand his aggressive approach, but he refused to accept any responsibility for his actions. Seeking a resolution, I decided to escalate the matter to the supervisor since the manager was unavailable at the time. Although the supervisor offered an apology on behalf of the outlet, Palash showed no remorse and continued to display an unacceptable attitude. It is disappointing to encounter such behavior from a staff member in a customer-oriented establishment. I strongly believe that Palash's behavior warrants strict action from the management. Customers should feel comfortable and respected when visiting Timezone, and this incident has tarnished the overall experience. Colorful, exciting and expensive. A good place for kids of all ages. Lots of games, machines. A few rides and the recently started immersive experiences. The place is costly and you may easily end up spending a 1000bucks if not mindful. Tickets from machines are redeemable and you can exchange those for gifts. The location is next to start marks on the same Level as the Burger king.
