On 10/09/20 i have purchased a dell inspiron worth of rupees 36500(specification: Amd ryzen3,4gb ram,1tb hdd). The model is not available online because of Covid-19,so i went to the shop mahabir computers. I was expecting a 3rd gen ryzen because i have already paid more than the actual price(which is 31299 @ reliance digital & 34990 @ flipkart). The very next day i called the shop owner regarding the performance of my device ,then after 4 days i came to know that Mahabir computer cheated me with old model which is out of stock everywhere,even in dell official shop also. he give me inspiron 3585 which is cheaper than what i was looking for(inspiron 3000). Every thing is same only processor and battery difference,in 3585 old ryzen3 2200u processor,3cell battery,4gb ram,1TB hdd is there & in inspiron 3000 is with 3rd gen ryzen3 2300u and a 4cell battery . The laptop i got, is not there in dell official site for sell also. They intentionally sold me the cheap product which is outdated and now they are saying no replacement or refund is available. please understand how 3rd class this people are.Please be careful. Don't buy from this shop. They have cheated me and trust me they will cheat you people also.

I brought an SSD, the actual cost of that SSD is 4120 but he took 4500, and just to install windows and do some basic stuff he charged another 500. Do you think it's okay to charge 500RS just to clean some stuff and install windows? The service sucks! Think twice before you visit his shop.

Cabinet price is comparatively lower than other shops. Service is also very good but I have only one issue and that is when you place your old desktop for servicing 'The Vaiyaji' doesn't clean the fans properly and make sure you make him do that😀.

I went there to get one laptop with my relative and the shop owner was such a rude person that he didn't allow my relative as he was wearing sports shoes. Just one thing to say if you don't respect or behave properly with your customers then you don't deserve to have any. 👎 Also he had no collection. I don't know who are these people who gave these many stars to that shop.
