Worst bus service....... it's better to trevel in loxal buses.....they are agent....nvr make any deal if u r visit madurai

This is the worst bus I have ever travelled in. They charged 900rs.. I booked seat number 5. But I made to sit in centre of last seat. The bus won't deserve even one star.. Very worst bus and very worst service too.. Please Dont choose this bus. Its even better to travel in unreserved buses.

Terrible and bad experience ... Never travel with Annamalai Travels, there are so many non-business people and so many liars we reserved a tempo traveler for Rameshwaram from Madurai and decided to show us dhanushkodi and then leave Rameshwar All this transaction took place at 12 noon, after which the tempo traveller would arrive in half an hour as they committed , but the tempo traveller was an hour late, so we were not allowed to go to Dhanushkodi as planned,coz as per rule u cant go after 05.00 pm if traveller comes late then why we pay him full payment even we paid the driver food bill and the toll parking is all included in package , but driver asked us to pay the entry fee in Rameshwaram ....so we decided to deduct 1000/- & paid rest to him but driver & but he was not ready to listen we reached b'coz of them only , he also Threatened us for police complain so no one should travel by Annamalai Travel....

Worst service ever ,do not opt for it ..Owner threatened us for money and hold our luggage Not at all safe .Very adamant unprofessional behaviour didn't adhere to his commitment and taken excess money .We missed our train due to their lethargic behaviour .Very conservative behaviour towards other state travellers .Waste of money and spoil your trip rather I suggest govt should cancel his licence as such people spoil the tradition and culture of state create bad impression for tourist ..
