Drove
past
this
a
couple
of
times
on
way
to
the
Ponhpei
Surf
&
Dive
Club
at
Mangrove
Bay,
and
decided
to
stop
in
one
lunchtime
for
pizza.
Place
is
spotless
and
modern
inside,
with
booths
and
table
seating
available.
Tuesday
lunchtime
only
had
a
couple
of
tables
of
school
kids,
so
service
was
immediate.
We
came
for
pizza
and
waiter
told
us
30"
large
or
20"
small,
and
that
we
could
do
a
half
and
half
topping
on
the
large.
Went
for
half
pepperoni,
half
vegetarian,
and
couple
of
Asahi
Pacific
Blue
beers.
Only
took
about
20
minutes
for
pizza
to
come
and
it
looked
great.
We
ate
half
there
for
lunch,
and
had
the
other
half
the
following
day
for
lunch
cold
out
of
our
hotel
fridge.
Good
thin
crust
base
pizza,
with
not
too
much
topping,
a
plus
for
us
in
the
islands,
as
pizza
normally
becomes
a
gloopy
cheesy
ball
mess
with
too
much
piled
on.
We
were
kinda
automatically
offered
'extra
cheese'
and
waiter
was
a
little
surprise
when
we
said
no
thanks.
Over
all
I
would
think
the
entire
menu
is
good
here,
but
didn't
get
a
chance
to
sample
breakfast
or
dinner
as
we
were
only
her
6
days.
