Shower had sewage backed up, feces and used toilet paper. Complained to housekeeping first day, to no avail. After second night and we were leaving Complained to management... they said that they would take care of it in the afternoon. Bed netting had holes and stains Too late for us. Check your room before accepting.

We had the most amazing sightings...a big thank you to our tour guide /driver Texan...beautiful peaceful chalet...thank u Thembi for keeping our room clean The food was ok but the waiters need to up their game...poor management

Beautiful lodge and amazing service from the staff. Our game drives with Phillip were the highlight of our stay , he was extremely knowledgeable , and really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. As the lodge is on a private concession, the game viewing here is a completely different and worthwhile experience. Rooms were comfortable, luxurious and clean with a great view , the outdoor shower is a real bonus! The quality of food can be improved. Overall a great experience!

We spent 4 days at Shishangeni Lodge. It was a great experience with Texan as our Game Ranger showing us the Big 5. The food was great, service great (thanks Nomsa) & a must do for anyone looking for an experience within the Kruger Park.

Love staying here. The staff were great, particularly the manager. Beautiful rooms. Gorgeous view. The only thing is the rooms are quite a way away from the reception which can be inconvenient.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. The game drives were always on time, the food was delicious and the staff is extremely helpful and polite. The tents were spacious and perfect for relaxing after a morning in the bush!

We had a fantastic experience here. The staff were so friendly and fun to be with. Our guide Texan was so fun and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. We also stayed at Shishangeni and Shonga was much better.

Great Service, priperly trained Staff, Knolegeable Ranger Mr Tekxan great interaction with the Clients, posses high knowledge about animals, he is very puntual and most important Tekxan is very Committed man and loyal to his work Clients and his employers. The Food was Good and the serve ce was Off the hook very great . Great Management at the Lodgee. . TEAM WORK, RESPECT, HONOR AND MOST IF ALL THE SPIRIT OF UBUNTU WAS EVERY THING FOR ME. ROOM WAS ALWAYS CLEAN, THE TEAM WORK HAND IN HAND WITH ONE ANOTHER. WE HAVE REALLY ENJIY OUR STAY AT SHISHANGENI WE WILL DOE IT AGAIN IN THE FUTURE,
