Ice cream machine is broken and no sign put out to let customers know. We stood in a long queue only to find out at the oder counter that there is no ice cream. We left without buying.

Drive through closes at 9 so 20 minutes before you cant order, change your sign! Very bad service, krusher machine always out of order!

Its Kfc, it always tastes the same and fresh but on my last day in Komatipoort the box master was not fresh and the sauce was spicy for some reason 😣

Can pay cash only on regular basis due excuse of network. Network provider should be changed if it is always a problem. Always out of ingredients when it comes to after 18H00. Bad for business

One of the worst KFC experiences. I had to repeat multiple times what was omitted from my order even though the slip was in their hands. Even when they eventually gave me what I paid for, it was the wrong items. And staff simply laugh it all off after I’ve become very upset. Can’t even enjoy your food after terrible service.

Their staff didn't communicate you place order and wait long time nobody to explain about meat delay and their staff always charting laugh like it's a weekend party their don't respect Client at all. I think staff must get better training

Terrible Service Order food 4 hours before when arrived at kfc no one knew anything and noting even the Manager . No food were prepared

Waiting in line at the drive through to get to the front,then only can they tell you the ice cream machine is broken. If any one can think at the place put a sign up stating this before we waste our time.

Most dirty shop I ever see. The floors.. tables.. Can't eat their. Water on the floor. You can't walk.

Great experience. Couldn’t buy just one mini loaf, had to buy four. Hilarious. Was I just upsold? Also, no Coke Zero fountain soda pop, only bottles.

Great KFC close to the lobombo border gate looks new next to a petrol station and a steers. Efficient and clean
