Very nice place indeed to stay the people are pleasant and the food to date has been wholesome and good..... They need to get rid of open view TV though that's dissapointing.

Very clean and tidy with spacious rooms at affordable prices. Food is excelent, nice quiet atmosphere, safe parking and very friendly staff. Would not go anywhere else. We visit Sundown Lodge regularly and always the same treatment and friendlyness.

This is my FAVOURITE lodge in Komati for many years - I STAY ONLY THERE AND NOWHERE ELSE! AMAZING people and atmosphere and VERY POPULAR!

A good place for a vacation

This depends on the purpose for your stay, The staff, everyone are the best and you feel at home, the food was excellent, except for the Kruger Park there is not much to do,,,, but if you need some well deserved rest you are there, if you need meat what ever form look no further than the Boarder butchery in Komatiepoort, and the staff I could adopt, they are as family

Very expensive drinks at the bar, rather take your own alcohol when booking here. Very nice rooms
