What a beautiful house, what an awesome host! It's our 3rd time at the honeybadger and never there is anything to complain about. The house is lovely decorated, fully equipped, comes with all kinds of lovely amenities.... And even if you don't feel like driving into Kruger, just wait until warthogs come to the porch and ostriches, kudu and zebras come to take a sip from the pool. Or take a walk to the nearby fence to the park and watch big herds of elephants taking a bath in the Komati River. If you wanna go on a proper game drive, though, make sure you book it with the host. I have never seen so many leopards in one day!

Lovely family home, very comfortable. Need to bring along groceries, comfortable clothes and shoes, binoculars. The house has filtered water and coffee, tea and sugar, and all kitchen essentials. The braai area is lovely for a family braai and to chill around the fire.

A huge thank you to Jonathan for making our day and a half safari perfect with a lot of species, beautiful birds, the big five, lions and the amazing léopard we saw two meters from the car. Really perfect stay at Kruger thanks to Jonathan and his wife Candace for making all smooth and perfect 👌

Jonathan and Candace are just the best hosts ever. Jonathan took us on a safari - an amazing experience! He is so knowledgeable and friendly - we got to see the big 5 before lunch!!! An unmissable experience, well worth the price!

The decor the neatness the tranquility is beyond words can ever say. If you want peace and total tranquility this place will definitely do that for you. A beautiful getaway in the wild frontier. Situated in Marloth Park, near the town of Komatipoort, the lodge is an absolute gem. Feel the stress of the daily grind melt away in the tranquil luxury. We've had outdoor guests in the form of monkeys, baboons, wildebeest and kudo and it's only been 24hours! Candice is a wonderful host. Outdoor braai area and pizza oven. This place is showcasing South Africa with so much elegance, flair and style! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and Candice's thoughtful touches and spoils was remarkable. Jono's Safari trip was also amazing and his knowledge of the Kruger Park's animals and vegetation was truly impressive. Thank you for a memorable stay, guys!

Honestly i love the environment and the animals, but the water system is utterly rubish. It's either you burn yourself to death in the shower or you freeze, the water DOESN'T stabilize at all. Tried making it work for an hour and still couldn't manage to take a decent shower. Same with the taps in the bathrooms.
