Great stay over even if it was for only one evening. Cold beers, cool drinks' for the kids and great food. The rooms were cosy, clean and very comfortable. Will definitely stop over again when we are in the area...

We have been dining at Jabula off and on over the past nine years since we've first started coming to Marloth Park. Since we arrived in January 2021 we have been dining there every Friday and Saturday night. We love the Cheers-like atmosphere in the bar, the exceptional service and the fabulous and consistent food. We have never had a bad meal. But, if something were off, a kind request for an alternative would always be heeded with kindness, grace and an acceptable solution. We are world travelers for 10 years and have never found a restaurant providing us with a better experience. My husband's favorites are the ribs (and portion size), creamed spinach and onion rings. I love everything I've ever tried on the menu but mostly order the hake and delicious sides. Prices are very reasonable for the quality, portions and consistency of the food, coupled with a fantastic night out!!!

Lovely establishment with a prime location. You can see animals right outside your room . Their pool is the perfect spot to cool down after a long day. All the staff members are very friendly. Just wish they had more vegan food options.

The staff are great, however, training is required to manage busy times. Food was brought to the table without cutlery, which had to be asked for. Then one set short was supplied and again a guest had to leave the table to get them. Will happily go back, hoping it was a once of situation of inadequate service

We went 1 night and we're so pleased, we went back the next night! The woman who works at the bar and the man who greeted us (we think they are the owners) were so kind & warm & accommodating & the food could not have been better - the Leon steak was to die for & the service was amazing! Too bad we couldn't stay awake long enough to see the bush babies that they put out bananas for. They are so lovely here & is a must when visiting!

We tried 4 pub and grills that day. Jabula was very clean and had the best bathroom of any eatery I've been too. We were well relieved but something was missing. Service wasn't overly good and the basket we ordered was more pricey than others and not very tasty. A lovely venue but the food and service didn't wow me. Is give them 3 out of 5.

We were only there for dinner. The food was very good, and the service was friendly and efficient. The venue is not well sign posted, and the food and drinks were on the pricey side, but I will an experience worth trying.... At least once

What an amazing evening we had here. The food was absolutely perfect and the service was out of this world! I would go back in a minute! From the steaks to the prawns, out of 14 of us, no one was disappointed. It was a wonderful experience! 10/10 👐

Hubby and I went for dinner and the food was amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. The owners are so down to earth, from our side we highly recommend them.

We had a lovely evening at Jabula Lodge last night. The crumbed pork chops and mash were amazing. The Dom Pedro I had for dessert was one of the best I have ever had - rich and creamy. We will be back.

Beautiful Location, Best food all of us had in all of South Africa and it was a wonderful service! I'd go there anytime again. I would recommend anyone to take the fillet steak there!

I took my guests from Indaba Kruger Safaris to Jabula for dinner. They have always had great food and great service. This night was no exception. Their server Eric, was not only a good server, but was very entertaining as well. Thanks for taking care of my guests!

Whether you're in search for an intimate setting for two, or a space large enough to accommodate your group of busy friends; Jabula Lodge & Restaurant easily allows for both settings and just about anytilhing in-between. With top-notch menu options ranging from escargot, crayfish cocktails and les moules right through to espatado, eisbein and even a surf and turf, there seems to be something for everyone. An amazing atmosphere accompanied by an embracing hospitableness creates a sense of a home away from home, out here in the middle of the Bush. Tldr: Really great food, an even better atmosphere and possibly the best way to spend a handful of hours if you're able to make your way out to this gem hiding amongst the upper reaches.

My hub and I celebrated our wedding anniversary in Marloth Park and gave this restaurant a bash. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food is! Massive portions and great value for money. We couldn’t finish everything, but what we ordered was incredible (hubby had the chicken wing starter and beef espetada and I had the chicken livers starter and schnitzel main). Our waiter Ivan was too lovely for words - a totally chilled guy with a welcoming sense of humor. I would highly recommend this place.

Only visited for lunch: the setting and the food were nice. In general, the location lends itself easily to snapping some beautiful pics.

I was kinda shock to find such great food I I went to Marloth quite a few times never considered having supper there. Was Given a complimentary voucher to spend at this establishment and was surprised by the quality of food and the friendliness if the staff.

Food was very yummy, but it was very hot out on the deck. A misting system could have been quite welcome.

The restaurant is great. I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Marloth park. The food is prepared to perfection. We had the most delicious eisbein and chocolate fountain. The service was excellent and the vibe was very pleasant. One does not need a reservation , but it’s probably a good idea to book a table since the restaurant gets busy .

Great restaurant in Marloth Park 🍴 Went there because of the good rating, without finding the menu online but it well worth it: The owners, the servers and the guests are very kind and friendly, service is fast and the food is pretty amazing, everything we ordered tasted delicious! UPDATE: Second visit was not as perfect, Salad Dressing was awful and the waiters were not as friendly, therefore down from 5 to 4 stars.

Friendly service, friendly management/owner and staff also helpful and fast when spill accidents happens. The food was fast, hot, tasty actually everything was just perfect, fresh and delicious. The toilets was very neat, clean and always fresh everytime I entered. I would recommend this to anyone who is on holiday there. For our last night as a family on holiday in Marloth it was a very nice way to bid our holiday farewell till next time. Thank you for your kind service and the departure drink after we paid our bill.
