Beautiful looking place… 😍 But we had such a terrible stay here 😢, luckily we see ourselves as bendable and we made the best out of it, but i felt that I had to share this so that something will be done to ensure a great stay for the coming guests again. - We had no toiletseat. - Aircorn not working, only on heat- and nonother mode, it was insanely hot. - Rooffan also not working. - We brought our own food that just needed some heating-up. Which was next level chaos. * Kitchen had no oven or microwave in working condition. Which forced the caretaker to go into a occupied unit to used that microwave, and gave our food back still frozen… while she was running off to sort out the next issue with people complaining ghat their room was dirty and had a very bad odour… - Further, our room had no toiletries or Hairdryer which was in the booking form.

Believe me : They are thieves !! I have traveled extensively for the past 8 years and this has never happened to me. they debited my account when I never came to their establishment. They recognized their mistake when I went to meet them in South Africa but never wanted to pay me back. Despite the many phone calls and the support of Booking. com. I wasted a lot of time and money with them. Today they made it clear to me that they will do nothing. I haven't said my last word. But people should know ! Establishment to flee! Dishonest people!

Me and my wife have been traveling around the world for the last four months and Beyond the Boma was by far the worst stay we’ve had. It’s a pretty run down place and most amenities didn’t work or exist. No restaurant, no pool table, no jacuzzi, bad reception/communication, bad wifi, the power kept going out... Just do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere

I can't begin to describe how much we enjoyed our stay here. Elijah was probably the best host we've experienced in a long time. He took care of our every need. He was very friendly, welcoming and super accommodating. I truly appreciate that. I'll be remiss if I said that this experience would have been great without Elijah, because it wouldn't. So thank you for an awesome experience we'll definitely be back!!

Our caretaker Elijah went all out to ensure that our stay was superb. He even braaii our meat for 2 days and our rooms were Sparkling clean. Definitely going back there with my friends😍

Just another dirty room with a bed to sleep. It has a Jacuzzi with dirty water that is leaking and the whole bedroom floor is wet. Swimming pool water is dirty. The place is over priced.

This is a very beautiful place - nicely decorated, but when people talk about Marloth Park and show you their photos, this does not match up. The accommodation is safe, because it's fenced in, so the animals are unable to reach you. This really didn't have the Marloth Park feeling/vibe that we were looking for. The swimming pool was clean and very enjoyable in the heat. Hubby and I took the in-laws on holiday, so we booked 2 rooms. In the 1 room I think they forgot to do the dishes, because when we opened the microwave to use it, there was old mouldy food inside. And the silver roast container still had old rotten braai meat inside. In the the other room there was no shower door or curtain so all the water spilled out onto the bathroom floor. Other than that our stay was nice, Elijah even walked to the shop to get us some ice... He really tried his best to accommodate us, thank you for that...
