Very good hotel with nice ambiance. Good staff who gives very good service and local information. Restaurant and bar offers good food and beverages. Overall it was a comfort stay at the hotel. I am very much satisfied with their service.

It one of the top rated five star hotel in this area. It is also bar attached. It has 3 types of bar. Better to go the ac executive bar which has only normal rate compared to the non Ac bar. The rooms were awesome. Here, there is a treatment space space for ayurvedic treatment. The hotel has also a swimming pool at the 2nd floor. Which has a best view...

At the end of a long holiday this is a bit of luxury at a resonable price just 30 mins from the airport by taxi. The pool and bar were much appreciated and it is perfectly located for the Kodanad elephant camp. Not sure it is realy a 5 star hotel but the rooms are nice, clean and the staff very helpful.

All staffs were friendly and helpful. Stay was excellent, felt like we stayed in some 5star hotel. Thanks to the staff who made our stay wonderful

They sell this hotel as 5 star property however the property is as good as a 2 star. It is outskirts of the kochi City and one side ride to kochi is about 3 hours. Bad rooms, bad food and you see a lungi class people in the bar and surrounding. The restaurant is non functional. The breakfast served was cold and bad in taste. If someone wants to order food from outside, there are no options to order from. The distance from city makes it bad in facilities and approach. Room service is bad and most of the times there are no people in reception and housekeeping. Sorry linen is something which needs a special mention. Stay at your own risk.

Few experiences ...🥺 While attending an important function in the 2nd floor banquet hall , the electricity went off frequently ( around 4-5 times ) in between the prestigious occasion. That was really disappointing for all our family members. Apart from that food was Ok.... Pool was Ok...other facilities were all OK.... BUT still electricity 😓

We can't expect this kind of hotel in that place.. really good stay.. pleasant faces..

Clean neat and nice. Location is far from town. Not that much luxury.

Summary: Pros: Tasty food, Ample parking space, Nice ambiance. Cons: Long waiting time, Food portion quantity not comparable to normal hotels. Detailed note: Had a chance to dine here. We were a group of around 20 people. We went in on a Sunday around noon time. There was only very sparse occupancy in the hotel. But we had to wait for about 50 minutes to get the food. They had warned us that they wouldn't be able to timely cater for "such a big crowd". The food quantity per portion is very less. Ordered egg fried rice, the waiter said 1 portion would be sufficient for 2 people but it was enough for 1 person with some left over.

Pros: Value for money, we got a neat, clean, and a good view room(pool and the mountains), staffs are polite, Idly and coffee was so good. Less but maintained neatly in the gym. Cons: Pool water was greeny, though filter was running all night, Poori was little oily smell that tells reused oil, Some noise in the morning abv the roof or from side walls, Iron box was missing, but this time, we didn't need it. Pool time can be increased upto 9pm.

Worst reception. Not even a staff to handle your luggage. Good housekeeping even though there was shortage of staff in housekeeping. Rooms are pretty clean.

Went there to see the local attractions like Paniyeliporu, and Kodanad.. Dew Land is a Five star rated Hotel with rooms, restaurant and bar facilities.

It's a good bargain for a hotel with relatively good facilities in a remote place. Can't compare to hotels in metro like kochi but can match upto 75%. Food is very tasty for a Malayalee taste bud

A decent for a holiday stay.. much cozy and sophisticated stay.. there is a restaurant in the ground floor... you gotta eat here.. five star worthy dishes.. the best pick is malabari chicken curry with roti.. and the food is sufficient for your tummy... its a perfect place for a holiday with infants, since I am with my 1 year old.. not feeling much pressure...bit walkable sightseeing were there..overall a good experience..

The hotel have good customers service.You can be comfortable here. A must visit place when you are coming to Kodanad.It is super cool.
