The rooms were clean and spacious and well maintained. The bathroom was big with geyser as well. The staff was very polite and responsive. One thing to keep in mind is that the entry is from basement, has parking facility for maybe 2 cars and the first 2 floors of the building is used for a commercial space. The service was good and the in-house restaurant was surprisingly good. Only tried and tasted the veg options and everything was good

It's a very pleasant stay at Puri waves. The staffs are highly professionalized and very coordinating. Recommend to please provide a visit to the hotel which is situated at the heart of the city. The amenities and room was too good as per the affordable price.

Hotel is located very near to railway station , shree jagannath Puri temple , bus stand and beach. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Washroom is also super spacious , only need for light above mirror . Restaurant food is tasty and service is top class. Front desk is always attentive and responds immediately.

Stayed for 3 days and booked 3 rooms, this is the best place to stay. The location is the best, the food here at their restaurant is top notch, the staff is helpful. Blindly book this hotel ☺️

Had a pleasant stay. It is reasonably priced hotel with good service. Although located slightly away from beach, approx. 1.5 km, but good locality and plenty of conveyance available.

Excellent location all staff are very co operative right from the start to end we had a pleasant stay for 3 days I have travelled with elderly people and kids when my mother in law was in the room when we went out they have taken care of her food and everything was on time. Restaurant staff is really good and well behaved will give 5 star rating for it. Food is excellent but limited quantities prepared very less spicy like home made. We enjoy a lot. Thanks puri waves staff hotel for making our stay a very pelasent one.

The service was excellent & prompt. They staffs (reception, restaurant, cleaning & chef) are too good & attend to all your needs immediately. The location is also good. Though restaurant has less sitting area but food is good @ reasonable price. Hope the management keep this service & quality in future also.....would help both the host & customers. Rooms are good but would have been good if more space was available. But doesn't effect so much as most people spend their leisure time outside. Overall it is a very good hotel for stay @ reasonable price & @ prime location with healthy environment & excellent staffs. All the wishes for future.... Jai Jagannath!!

It was great experience in this hotel n no suggestion because the staff service was very good n up to the mark .Rakesh was one of the staff who was really very helpful.

Food was very good in my first stay, but now they are offering fix menu which i didn't like. 3. Clean place the wash rooms are also very well maintained. 4. Hotel room service and experience with reception desk was not up to mark level..Hotel atmosphere was quite good. Behaviour of those two people who serve the food were quite polite and amazing. Whenever we entered the restaurant to take food that two staffy specially Rupa used to welcome us with smile and politeness. Beside of that some of the cleaning staffs behave politely. But the muscle man type guy who stands at the reception desk used to behave like dadagiri....

We had a nice experience. Room was clean with big bathroom. All the staffs were very polite and soft spoken. Food was tasty. Ambience was nice. We had spent there a nice, peaceful quality time.

1) Property is fresh new, clear, well managed. Ambience is excellent. 2) Food quality is very good. 3) Most importantly the staff is very co operative. Suggestions: Make a book library, and also possible arrange TV as backpackers also watch sports events.

Awesome place outside main Puri. Ample parking space and bigger rooms. Host is an amazing guy who is ready to help you with food,room etc related queries. And the plus point is the kitchen. Awesome food with multiple choices. Jolly good guys working. Had a nice time chatting with them.

I stayed here for 2days and the service was excellent. The staff are welcoming, polite and friendly. The room was clean. Also the food tastes good. A good amount of games to keep u entertained and born fire and music at night. I would like to stay again.

However, it's important to note an area that needs attention – the air conditioning in the rooms. Despite the comfort and elegance of the accommodations, the barely functional AC units were a significant discomfort, especially after a day out in the sun. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in hospitality and culinary expertise, a focus on improving the room amenities, particularly the air conditioning, would make it the perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers.
