Average hotel with high price due to sea beach. I booked as was told that they had car parking. However, only one vehicle could get accommodated. The package included breakfast. I had to check out early, but the hotel staff refused to give even bread-butter in the morning. Overall, it was an average experience. Warning: No lift available. People with physical issues in climbing stairs should consider this. The good part is, hotel staff helps in taking the luggage to the room.

One of the worst experience of hotel stay ,dirty rooms extremely unhygienic ambiance,very much old structure rooms super tinny and dirty smelling like hell bed and bed sheets are not properly maintained, sofa are full of dust and sand not cleaned at all,i had to change 3 room due to all this issue but all are same, Dont ever choose to book with you family NEVER NEVER NEVER. But only one thing is very much good is Staff behave which is not make impact to your horrible stay

Good ambience, good staff behavior, excellent location, have sea view room. We have here for 4 days and 3 night booking and it's our family trip. Me, my wife and my daughter have enjoyed a lot here. This Puri trip is very memorable to us. Wish to visit again.

Hotel is really good... Service is really quick and people are polite... Staff is very good... U can have a really good time here.. They offer buffet for breakfast in which the food is really good... It has a beach just 200m away. But it is quite far from the main golden beach.. Apart from that everything is absolutely good❤really loved the stay

Two days stay in the hotel was very good. Cooperation,service, behavior of all the staffs was fantastic. If anybody wants to stay here at a reasonable price I would suggest to book through the hotel's website and not via third parties which differs about 40%.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Food was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. The room was clean enough, but my problem with the rooms was that, our bathroom had nothing to hang the clothes or towels when we take bath. So we had to call them to get one, which they did. The bathroom side wall looked like it was soaked in water. The service was excellent though. The hotel location was excellent. The food at Zaika(resturant of the hotel) was excellent, not much oil and good taste, and also the resturant ambiance was good. They did charge for room service though which I didn't know would be applied. Clean swimming pool which they clean everyday. Outdoor dining also available. Overall good experience.

Not value for money. Room rent 2500 plus for pool view with very little sea view. No lift and high upstairs. Room quality is not premium. Beddings are not so clean. Every where water in rainny days. Food though good but costly. Complimentary breakfast is worthless. Aquaguard water taste bad and bottles are dirty. They dont have lift but they charge 10% extra for food to be delivered to the room. Pool view is nice. Swimming pool is ok ok but you will always find bengali family and couples there playing all day. No rule of max time to use pool. Best part is a clean sea beach is 2 mins walkway from hotel and the behaviour of staffs is excellent

The hotel staff were very unfriendly. The rooms were dirty and washrooms were not clean, unlike the fake photos that they posted online. It rained while we stayed and the corridor was filled with worms. When we asked the staff about it, they told us that it is normal during the rains. They didn't even allow few of our guests to visit our room as it was against their "hotel policy". People were openly smoking in the corridors which caused the smoke to fill in our rooms too. They also demand that their rooms are sea facing, which is a lie. Only few rooms face the sea but the balcony is so dirty that you would never dare to go. We booked five rooms and every room had broken locks and old acs. The roof was leaking while it rained. I would strongely recommend not visiting this hotel.

Because it has been great experience, I would say the behaviours of all staffs were incredibly beautiful, it seems they are well trained. Also the rooms are well organized and maintained the hygiene as well. Keep up the great job, way to go!

Location of the hotel is good, rooms are satisfactory. They have the direct access to the beach.... Nicely maintained hotel with private pool, pool party deck. Wide variety of sea food available. Overall satisfied with the service and value for money. Although my stay was sponsored.

Nice stay in Puri for 2 days during the Christmas season. The hotel is very close to the Chakra Tirtha sea beach and has well maintained swimming pool and parking facilities. Food quality is also good. I would recommend this hotel to all who would like to have a pleasant stay in Puri.

It was a very poor and substandard experience, the rooms were so disorganized and painfully smelly, bad and very small, furniture and beds looked like they were years old, can never make the mistake of staying here again. On top of that, the staff also behaved very badly, and even the booking amount of Rs 4000 was not refunded even though I had confirmed the hotel check out in just 10 minutes after checkedin.

Excellent compatibility to the beachside view with profound staff support. Cherry on the cake is swimming pool and the amenities. Food is awesome and very cost effective.

The hotel location is great. 2 mins walk from sea beach and beach offers a lot of activities. Also they have 2 pools inside the hotel, good for kids and grownups. The hotel restaurant is also good. Food is tasty. Enjoyed the stay.

The hotel has tremendous potential provided hotel management gives more importance on maintenance and overhaul of the rooms and facilities. Most of the rooms seems old and feels claustrophobic except sea facing ones. However attached restaurants and swimming pool and proximity to sea beach is added advantage. Quite expensive given the quality of rooms.

Very old property, room was ok. Bathroom was bad. Not Hygiene , seen cockroaches in breakfast table where food was served. In restaurant, veg Biriyani served cold. Food was not good. In night there was tile cutting happening in adjacent rooms and it was not stopped till 11PM after repeat requests. Overall hotel need renovation. Few positives, close to station and very close to beach. Reception persons were good and arranged cabs for sightseeing at reasonable rates.

Don't just decide to stay here due to the proximity from the beach. Nothing is good about this hotel. The rooms are dirty and bed sheets/ towels have some red stains. There is No lift and if you choose the ground floor rooms they will be mosquito friendly. You can't bring in food and the hotel rates are too costly plus they charge extra from the menu for bringing in food to your rooms. Puri has a lot of other options for stay. There is always a fight or argument taking place whenever someone checks out of the hotel. Reason being all above plus the rude behavior from management. Think 10 times before booking this hotel.

Rooms are average. Service people are okay but the hotel for some reasons unknown doesn't let them do service as per your requirements. We had 1 night stay at the hotel. The only or rater just 2 positive take-aways were the pool and the quick accessibility to the beach. Whole night there was no current. Even with power backup, one of our room fans didn't work. There's a in-house restaurant also but we haven't used it so no comments on that.

The hotel is located just on the sea beach. Though they have tried to keep all the modern facilities in the rooms, but it's not at all properly maintained. Behaviour of staffs are good but very slow. Food quality is not at all upto the mark. Not appreciated.

I never stayed here but my recent cycling visit to puri was made comfortable by Mr. Niranjan. He made sure to provide us all sort of facilities for 3-4 hours without a single penny! It is said rightly that from the land of Jagannath, no one comes home disheartened! He provided us sofa to rest, washroom, towels, parking and all sort of facilities. Will definitely look forward to use this property.

Worst hotel. Actual rooms are totally different from the image. Even u can face water leakage from room. Picture attached. Totally unhygienic. We face almost 10times power cut in a day and at night almost for 2 hour their is no power from 3am to 4:55am. And no one responded over phone. No one in reception. Never ever suggested this. Totally unhygienic. The only best part is that they serve good food thats it.

They have decent sea view rooms available at 2000. They can provide you extra mattress if needed. It doesn't come under a luxurious modern place, rather an average hotel with clean rooms

I stayed here for 3 nights.. The experience was overall good.. The breakfast was tasty and hygienic.. Rooms were good..staffs were well behaved.. Swimming pool was fun too.. Most fascinating thing that the beach was just 100m from the hotel..

A very good place to stay. Quite near to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Mr. Ajay deserves a special mention. The gentleman will go out of his way to help you. The food at the restaurant is absolutely amazing. The restaurant accommodated our request for late night (packed our food very well and kept it in our room, ready to eat after we came back from the beach) Highly recommended.

Zero hygiene, rooms in shady condition.. bathroom stinking.. swimming pool filled with frogs and mosquitoes.. yellow stinking... service is ok.. power cutff without any backup.. water goes off.. better go for OYO or Dharshala... trust me

Hotel was neat and clean. The staffs are good and polite. Beach is near the hotel 700 meters aprox. I felt like the manager would have more happier if I booked the rented car from the hotel itself. So don’t promise them anything. Keep your options open.
