This is good and cheapest place. Nice to stay here. Very peaceful now in Nov 2017

No apartment rule adopted by govt. Of odisha.The builder s are earning money without fire protection,Rera approval and parking allotment to occupants.

Its a clean and peaceful society. There is gated security and houses are quite spacious. There is a temple, walkways, clubhouse and children playing park. I found two demerits here. One is there is no parking allotment for residents (people can park anywhere based on mutual understanding, which sometimes create problem as you dont have your dedicated parking space). Second, there is no common toilet facility for cleaning staffs or maids due to which the maids use the bathrooms of households where they work. Hope the management works on this.

Beautiful Residential area neat &clean. Specious for parking and playing. Beautiful club house. Statue of Ganesha Bhagawan Welcomes U.

Nice place, educated people staying arround, well maintained garden, clubhouse, beautiful Bappa Moriya temple inside the campus, easy access to almost everything you need. I love the place.

Very calm and quite place, away from city traffic. Developing fast as a residential area with XIM university and aditya birla school nearby.
