Dr. Jyoti Ranjan is really a good doctor and I will definitely recommend him for any patients with bone and joint related pain, however the queue management system has to improve a lot. One has to spend at least 2-3 hours in each visit and if the doctor recommends for any lab tests then the patient has to spend the whole day. Since huge number of patients come to their clinic and many of them are from different locations, there has to be a proper queue management system, so that they can avoid gathering and all the patients don't need to spend their time. Also the price of the lab tests in their pathology is really high as compared to any nearby lab.

Dr. Jyoti Sir is an expert and a very humble doctor. He gives proper time to all his patients. The OARC centre is a one stop rheumatology centre where you will get everything starting from doctor consultation, diagnosis, physiotherapy and medicines.

One of the worst medical facilities with so irresponsible and egoistic staffs at reception. Fully money centric management. You will be waiting for atleast 8-10 hrs for your consultation and report check up. Doctor is nice but the management and the staffs thinks themselves as they the collectors or magistrate of the district. So fed by the staff. Would never recommend.

Dr Parida is an excellent doctor but the patent management and the front office is literally pathetic. As per them the patent time is not valuable. I used to visit him every year for certain treatment but I am now forced to change the doctor. I know nothing will harm him but being a doctor this kind of service from his clinic staff is not expected. Very traditional method of consultation in this information age. We are happy with OARC and its treatment process. Dr Parida is a renowned Rheumatologist and Immunologists as well a very nice person. From the six years we are coming to him for resolving SLE issue and we are doing well. His staffs are also very nice and cooperative.

Doctor is one of the top Rheumatologist specialist in Odisha. Staffs are also well friendly. Many people come from West Bengal & Odisha etc come here. I personally feel the diagnosis and proper medicine prescription makes jyoti sir unique. The duration such bone, waist related issues generally takes much time to recover but here that duration drastically decreases.
