Like we say 1st impressions lasts long. The first impression was very bad, due to the check in process . Otherwise everything is good and fine. The service is quiet good. And it’s located just besides the Sea beach . Means you can enjoy the sea beach view from top floors balcony. And from ground floors balcony you can enjoy the swimming pool which is directly connected. Food quality I can say is good , not exceptional but not bad. Breakfast is good . They just need more people for room service and all, still the overall experience is good. But comparing other resorts and hotels the rooms according to the charges are not matching. Gym, swimming pool, bowling, bar, billiards , carrom, and small sliders are available for babies. Table tennis is also available but not at all maintained. Overall experience is good , only small things need to be rectified for making the experience better. Thank you.

Had dinner at this place and food was really tasty and quantity was just sufficient for everyone.Quality n quantity of food is on par with the price.Staffs are friendly.Ambience is a bit dull i would say as compared to there other rooms or halls. Resort is super luxurious and eye catchy. One of the best resorts i had ever been in puri i would say

I paid 12.5k for one night, which was not worth at all. When you pay such an amount you expect a 5 star ambiance. Here it was nothing like that. They just need money. Extremely poor service and poor behaviour of the staffs. Room was okay but furniture were broken. Also you will get ample of mosquito inside the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. They just cheat people.

Went there on a family vacation and stayed for 2 nights. We booked 2 king courts and one family suite for 3 couples and kids. I will give my feedback purely based on our experience. Pros: The staff members are extremely well behaved and hospitable. Allowed us to check-in one hour early. The location is good, just 100 mtrs from the nearest beach. The food is good. Cons: All 6 of us agreed that the rooms are way too expensive as per the quality and amenities provided. The washrooms were not cleaned up to the mark. The towels also look old and dirty. The pool water was really dirty and unhygienic, full of dead flies and mosquitos. Asked a cleaning staff about it. He said they have Fly problem in the hotel. And due to pesticide spray the Flies drop dead everywhere. On the second morning, when we went for breakfast to the restaurant, there were Flies inside the restaurant too, hovering over food. When we told one of the staff, he took it for granted saying "sir, the door is open, so there will obviously be flies". The rooms' ACs were not cooling properly. Despite telling the staff again and again we had to manage with mediocre cooling throughout our stay. Only the lobby AC was cooling adequately. The Wifi was not working at all. We all used our data after asking the staff to get it fixed a couple of times. Though the food tastes good, it is costly. The room service is faster, but they take more than 30 mins to give you some ice and lemon (Happened multiple times) I hope this will be taken as constructive feedback and the staff and the owner of the hotel will work on rectifying the drawbacks. We had nice lunch at Hotel Pramod, excellent service and good hospitality. Hotel is close to beach and few rooms with sea views. We had funtime in outdoor pond with fishes, really beautiful. The famous lord jagannath temple is 15 min by auto or taxi. You can enjoy the beach as mornings walk. They have a nice bowling arena and lounge which is superb option for youths. Puri has become a vibrant option for vacation for all age groups and suits family or solo travellers both.

The hotel is in a good location and well maintained property. However the fixtures in the wash room need renovation. The pool connected to the room is very good, but leaves keep on falling into the pool which makes it dirty and if they can fix this issue by using the net it will be good . The restaurant has good and tasty food. Worth for money spent.

Had an amazing experience during my stay. Loved the amenities. My room had a private entrance to the pool as well which was quite cool. The hotel staff made us feel welcome especially miss Anisha. The room service was great too. The in-house bar served great cocktails. The food was lip-smacking. The breakfast buffet had pretty good options. Overall i had a wonderful experience. Would love to visit again.

Nice hotel very close to the beach. The walk to the beach is a little dirty but the beach is pretty clean. The hotel has a smaller, unheated shaded pool. Good for cooling off. They also have bowling and drinks in the basement and a nice bakery.

Good property in this temple town. Everything okay except restaurant services. Courteous, humble staff, clean hotel. Good is quite okay. But they must improve their restaurant services. Too slow. Seemingly enough staff but bad planning.

Awesome food, excellent staff. Serene atmosphere, rooms slightly small given d price but all amenities and luxuries available. Safety top notch, extremely warm and polite staff. One of my best hotels recommended for stay in Puri

What you see in the picture uploaded by the hotel is completely different to what's really in the hotel. The room's ac was not working , which was repaired in around 1 hour. The food was tasteless in the restaurant. The pool is small. The play area for children, also had damaged AC, which was not repaired for 2 days of my stay. The hotel was also very untidy. Overall, the experience was very bad.

Rooms were pretty clean and staff behaviour is also nice. The best part is every room has a private access to the swimming pool. Good experience. I can recommend peoples to stay here but won't recommend anyone to dine here. The food tastes awful. My kids denied to eat and also told the staff that food is not cooked properly. Even cook is unable to cook chicken malai tikka which is a easy recipe. My wife asked me to have launch in the hotel next to eat. Informed the same to staff as well but didn't get a proper reply from their side. Yes to stay but no to Dine. 3/5

Good location and good rooms. Although need maintenance. Also price considering the standard is on higher side. Enjoyed my stay with Family of 4.

Pramod is good resort with amazing staff and facilities Food is good Rooms which we were allotted was on first floor was ok as the door open in bad directions as it hurts u on opening and closing because the room shape is something different. And they toiletries they provide should improve the quality as tooth brush was so hard that if you brush of it for 1 min your gums will start bleeding

Nice hotel Near to beutiful clean beach. Staff is welcoming, Breakfast was good Swimming Pool also good. Doors are very uncomfortable and inconvenient to open and close Looks like they are crossly placed. Many mosquito in bathroom and in room Mosquito repellent not sufficient

Stayed with my family (total 4 adults). Really good experience with the staff. Good food from the restaurant, service is exceptional. Rooms were nice and clean. Very close to golden beach( very clean). Close to puri temple (3km approximately). Auto will take 200rs from hotel to temple. Overall good experience

It is a nice place, rooms are clean and service is good. We travelled as a group and booked 3 rooms. The food is also okay. Sometimes, we made special request and the staff were nice about it. Good place for a holiday.

Food well prepared. Restaurant has good staff. It's a star hotel but hygiene of the restroom for ladies is abominable! It was not clean. No toilet paper. The floor had dirty water. No janitor to clean it. A person having such hugely expensive food should ha e all high-class amenities.

It's the best option to stay in Puri. Room size is good and it is same for every floor but ground floor rooms has attached with pool area. Beach is just 90-100 way. Beach area is not crowded.

Wonderful beach side resort with the exclusive excess to the beach on the coast of Bay of Bengal. The room are very neat and clean. Food is amazing and the staff is friendly and always eager to make your stay a better one! A great choice for families looking for beachside vacation and pilgrimage visit for Jagannath Temple - Puri (which is just 10 minutes drive from the hotel).

The ambiance is good. We enjoyed alot.. Pool which are directly connected with ground floor rooms are very cool. My daughter enjoyed alot. Food quality is also good and staff are also polite.. Must stay there ..

The resort is awesome. The room and service is just perfect. Special mention is Mr. Santosh who has been such a support for our entire stay. He took care of all our requirements. All the staff are highly dedicated and cordial. A must stay for anyone who comes to puri. Regards.

Had a wonderful experience. The ambience was good. Toilet was very clean. The main attraction of the resort is the attached pool with the ground floor rooms. Children enjoyed the bowling game.

The property is decent with friendly staff. It’s close to the beach. There’s a pool attached to the rooms on the ground level. The king sized beds are comfortable. However, the sofa-cum-bed for a third person (available for extra charge) wasn’t comfortable at all and I would not recommend if you’re tall. Also the property does not accept international credit cards or American Express credit cards, which was an inconvenience.

A mixed feeling after spending two days there.Well maintained hotel with good room service,and a well maintained pool.I wish if it would have been facing the sea. The adjacent hotel authorities can arrange some evening party or something in the sea beach at night time.It is so deserted, one could be scared going alone there. Mosquitoes are present at the rooms and that is to be taken care of. That's all for now.

Rooms interior was quite moderate not that level as they price it and also entrance of room was congested. A resorts room s entrance is congested and they price it huge. Not accepted. One plus point was attached balcony . Another thing bathroom is not that level as per price and in name of resort. Breakfast is okay. But lunch and dinner menu is so limited and not up to the mark as per resort. Room service was okay. But guys I will advice go here but , it is too pricy as per it's service and If you want a typical resort look for other resorts.

Property is very nice and in excellent location.But service can be improved much better. We have to wait for 1 hour 15 minutes from check in time. Food ordered to the room got soggy (sandwiches) extra meyo asked it is delayed. But overall experience is good u can visit with family / friend .

It was a fabulous experience staying in Pramod Resort. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options starting from blueberry yoghurt to red sauce pasta. The hospitality was commendable. One flaw was the pool took way too much time to fill.

I stayed on 14 July 2022 with my cousins. The entire stay was excellent. Pramod in Puri is my favourite place to stay. Their food is superbly delicious. Bakery items are very soft and fresh. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are well maintained as well. The architecture of the hotel is something to be appreciated forever. Overall a good place for families or groups or even individuals to stay too.

The place is good. Located close to Puri Railway Station and beach, the property is perfect for your getaway. The staff are cordial and always look to take care of your requirements. Food is great. Whatever dishes we tried in 2 days, were good. Breakfast spread was also nice. They have an in house coffee shop and a bar with awesome ambience.

We stayed in a family executive room with private access to pool. Room check in was not done till 1.45pm against the actual room check in time at 12 pm. Few Dessert items in the breakfast were stale. The muffins chocolate cake n smoothies were all stale and crumpling. We requested for check out at 11.30 am owing to late check-in the other day but they stopped giving towels despite multiple calls just because it was post our check out time. Service is very pathetic needs massive improvement in comparison to the price paid.

Hot water facility in room is very bad. Club Mahindra could have chosen better sea facing modern hotels to partner with. This was a big disappointment. Lady Receptionist good and staff cordial.
