Went
there
on
a
family
vacation
and
stayed
for
2
nights.
We
booked
2
king
courts
and
one
family
suite
for
3
couples
and
kids.
I
will
give
my
feedback
purely
based
on
our
experience.
Pros:
The
staff
members
are
extremely
well
behaved
and
hospitable.
Allowed
us
to
check-in
one
hour
early.
The
location
is
good,
just
100
mtrs
from
the
nearest
beach.
The
food
is
good.
Cons:
All
6
of
us
agreed
that
the
rooms
are
way
too
expensive
as
per
the
quality
and
amenities
provided.
The
washrooms
were
not
cleaned
up
to
the
mark.
The
towels
also
look
old
and
dirty.
The
pool
water
was
really
dirty
and
unhygienic,
full
of
dead
flies
and
mosquitos.
Asked
a
cleaning
staff
about
it.
He
said
they
have
Fly
problem
in
the
hotel.
And
due
to
pesticide
spray
the
Flies
drop
dead
everywhere.
On
the
second
morning,
when
we
went
for
breakfast
to
the
restaurant,
there
were
Flies
inside
the
restaurant
too,
hovering
over
food.
When
we
told
one
of
the
staff,
he
took
it
for
granted
saying
"sir,
the
door
is
open,
so
there
will
obviously
be
flies".
The
rooms'
ACs
were
not
cooling
properly.
Despite
telling
the
staff
again
and
again
we
had
to
manage
with
mediocre
cooling
throughout
our
stay.
Only
the
lobby
AC
was
cooling
adequately.
The
Wifi
was
not
working
at
all.
We
all
used
our
data
after
asking
the
staff
to
get
it
fixed
a
couple
of
times.
Though
the
food
tastes
good,
it
is
costly.
The
room
service
is
faster,
but
they
take
more
than
30
mins
to
give
you
some
ice
and
lemon
(Happened
multiple
times)
I
hope
this
will
be
taken
as
constructive
feedback
and
the
staff
and
the
owner
of
the
hotel
will
work
on
rectifying
the
drawbacks.
