Wonderfull trip was organised by premalata Behera by our tour expert. Hotel rooms are also very big yet very clean and taken care of all hygiene. Hotel staff was also very kind and helpful. Food and hotel services are also good. We are greatfull to do a trip with you guys.

It was an amazing experience with OD Travels. First of all me and my family decided to visit puri and then I booked train tickets of both sides but it was my first ever tour to other state. So i was bit worried about that. Then I search for traveling packages for puri and find many more in which many of them didn't reply and some companies had replied but with higher amount. Finally I meet Miss Premalata Behera, such a nice person I ever met. I discussed about my traveling period and the she shared a well customized package which I liked most with an affordable price. She introduced me with a local driver mister Ajay, such a well behavior gentlemen. Our arrival time was 6AM and he came to the station at 5:30 AM. Mr Ajay visited us to every renowned place at Puri, Chilika lake, Konark sun temple, Lingraj temple and he guided us as well at every place. He was never late. Finally Mr Ajay drop us at Puri station and miss Premalata call us at that time and asked about any inconvenience and overall experience which I liked most. I specially like to thank miss Premalata to provide such a nice experience. Our check in time was at 9AM but we arrived at 7:30 and she managed to early check in. Whenever I have any double she clears instantly. I never faced any problem throughout this journey. She was available every time whenever I need her, doesn't matter what's the time. I recommend you all to have this services without any hesitation and you would never got any inconvenience. Here some picture of my enjoying moments with my family.

I really had a great experience with OD Travels specifically with the lady called Mrs. Premalatha who was taking care of our journey since scratch. I was very confused at beginning how to start and where to start my journey since I landed to Bhubaneswar, I was shocked to see no tours and travel support from government of orissa were available which I actually availed long back, finally by one of my colleague I got the contact details of OD Travels and that made drastic change. I dialled a number and I got connected to Ms. Premalatha approximately 5 at the early morning and she received the call, which was actually first impression of her and the travels and I felt very happy. Altogether I had a nice trip with my wife and son under the guidance and support of OD Travels. They charged approx 3k for one day tour of Bhubaneswar, Puri and Konark. However, as I was with my family so never bothered regarding that. I was very much thrilled to be a part of this journey but also regret I missed chilika lake and Uday Giri and khandavgiri caves due to time constraint, for sure gonna soon visit those as well and will be opting out for OD Travels only. The peace attained in dhaulagiri stupa was stupendous and really I felt the calmness and stringent quality of mental peace there. I was not actually aware of rates but on seeing the confidence level of their front end executive I went through and was rejoiced. I am attaching few pics as well although due to privacy I won't be uploading my family pictures. It was good experience with OD travels . Premalata mam was very responsive and handled things very well . OD travels did very good in hotel booking . There was smooth check in and check out at hotels . Hotels and rooms were pretty good . They gave wonderful experience. Transportation is the weak area for OD travel, on arrival driver didn’t know the address of hotel , he was asking to me that where you want to go . Even after repeated attempts he was not interested in our itinerary and repeatedly was asking from us about where we want to go . That was quite irritating and irresponsible. Transportation facility can be improved from OD travels . Overall it was pleasant experience. Thank you

The drivers who took us on our road trips between cities (Trivandrum, Kanyakumari, Rameshwaram, Madurai and Chennai) and on our visits to temples and tourist location were amazing and efficient. The cars provided were well-maintained, clean and spacious. Our luggage was handled well and taken care of. I had visited Daringbadi last week and stayed at Prakriti Niwas . We really enjoyed our stay there for the serene atmosphere and the hospitality of the local staff. It was best experience to travel with OD Travels for the tour of Bhubaneshwar local site seeing and Puri Konark visit. Good hotel for stay was provided at Bhubaneshwar which was within 5 kms from airport. The driver of the taxi was very courtesies and guided us through out the tour. I have done a booking for Debrigarh Nature Camp from OD Travels, an agent of OFDC and I called Mr. Ahmad for that. I asked him for the booking by 9:30 PM. Though it was not office time, but he handled it in a very proper manner and gave the booking. Mr. Ahmad has given 4 tickets for our stay as all the rooms are not available for all the days I want. The money I transferred to OD Travels account for the booking is all safe and they don't charge even a rupee extra. Everything promised by Madhusmita Sahoo the tour consultant of OD Travels was delivered perfectly. Transfers to and from the airport and hotels were on time by courteous driver-Aakash who is a very humble and polite human. Cab was neat , cleaned and very comfortable. Follow up and Whats App contact for any problems made the holiday more comfortable when being away from home.

They proved me right everytime during the tour. The only negative side of the tour was the behaviour of the driver who was there with us in Puri. The first experience with OD travel is good. The hotels arranged in Puri and Daringbadi were excellent. The driver was cooperative. However the trip itinerary needs changes. The places (Daringbadi) at far off should have been covered earlier and not at the end of the tour. The hotel in Bhubaneswar could have been better. Tour guide should also provide "Do's and Don'ts" ahead of trip so that tourist get prior notice. Overall It was a good experience to tour with OD travels.

My experience with OD travel is very very unacceptable. They are just promise the person at booking time. After Booking they don't care the traveler. Hotel booking by OD travel is totally unacceptable, hotel rooms like government hospitals ward. I suggest to all travel if you really want too enjoy your vacation, so please don't try any bookings from OD travel. Premlata behera, she is not committed to travelers, she just gives the good promises when you ask about booking, but once you confirm the booking, then you will realise what ever she said in the package 50% is unacceptable. She providing deluxe rooms.. But there is no WiFi in the hotel, Broken AC in a rooms, no bath towel available in the rooms. Phone is not working properly. I don't know what kind of deluxe rooms the providing.

The planner at this tour company was great to work with. We had lots of questions which is always answered in a quick and timely manner. Their suggestion was invaluable for the success of our trip and we were all thrilled with the final choice and destination. I would highly recommend this travel planner for any trip .

Not a reliable agency. Had a bad experience. They were supposed to pick us from the railway station in the early morning, but no one had come. Both the driver's& the co-ordinator's mobiles were not responding. Horrifying experience in a new place, in the early hours with darkness all around with a little knowledge of the local language. After the dawn ( after couple of hours), the driver leisurely called and told the reason" सो गया". Such an irresponsible attitude. We had asked for a 'Driver cum Guide'. We were given an alternative driver, who was a good driver but totally no knowledge about the places& their history. Totally disappointed as I wanted to know about the Great King Asoka & Dhaulagiri, it's importance , the history related to it. But a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. This agency, not only were relectunant to accept their mistake & reduce the charges for the services of the guide not provided by them, they were after MONEY, MONEY only. I will not recommended this agency for any of my well wishers, family and friends.

Recently i went to Orissa (Puri, Ramba and Daringabadi). I chose OD Travels to help with my trip and it was every worth of a penny. Mr. Ahmad was the point of contact from OD Travels who helped me with my itenary. His professionalism and coordination throughout was incredible. The choice of rooms, were great, and the cab service was punctual and the driver was also very polite. I would highly recommend OD Travels for your trips.

I stayed two nights at Bhita kanika national park, next to the Bay of Bengal. First night was at Dangamal national park residence. Second night was at Gupti national park residence. The booking process was assisted very well by OD travels. They were clear on their pricing and policies so I knew what was happening. On the day of my arrival, I messaged OD to update them of my journey progress and arrival time. They reassured me. However, I was disappointed that they never, despite requests, gave me a clear map, nor location where I was scheduled to arrive. In short, I arrived in "Dangamal", but didn't know which building / house or location to go to. I also had no map. That night, OD travels contacted me to helpfully ask my plans for the next day. They gave advice and support for finding my next hostel ~ but again no map. I was helped there very well by various staff and arrived well! Overall, there are a couple of weaknesses that I want to mention: - Lack of maps. Please provide a map ofthe accomodation location. Please also provide a map of the national park. - Lack of clarity about transport. I was unaware of if there will be easy access to taxis from Bhadrak station. And taxis (or water taxis) once one arrives at Chandbali ~ it was unclear which route I should take, and what a reasonable cost would be. That said, the staff were very willing to answer questions and try to help me

OD Travels is really outstanding trustworthy ! Its customer services & cares & management are soo good! Its provides good tour plans including customized ones in no moments at reasonable rates! It provided me a nice customized tour plan of short period (5 N 6 D) at reasonable rates with good transports & budget hotels ! I was prompted to award 5 stars but it kept some lope holes like avoiding stay at Puri & then Chilika which could have saved time and covered more places of visits and also made us miss enjoying puri beaches at night! Also it failed to maintain status of car by replacing INNOVA car with Renault for reasons best known to OD management! Also there seemed to be some miscommunication like changing hotel at Daringbadi and boarding boats at Khola Jetty instead of Chandbali! Inspite of some drawbacks OD Travels provided me quality services within short notices at reasonable rates! Thank u OD Travels!!!

I write this review behalf of my mother-in-law Mrs. Sunita Bachhav with all my sense of responsibility to say that ODTravels is one of the best and genuine travel agency. They have the highest integrity and have the most well-behaved team. When we first contacted them Mr. Ahmad patiently gave his ears and attention to understand our requirement. He gave us a very detailed plan for our trip. There Manager (Mr. Ali) extended his kind support by alloting 2 more extra rooms and A/C vehicle at the same cost keeping in my that team consist of senoir citizens. It was a very anticipated trip before the corona effect derailed the plan. But Mr. Ahmad and Mr. Ali were completely proffessional to handle this issue and took it very seriously to refund our complete amount without any cancellation fees. ODTravels you have my 5 Star and needless to stay you have a very high future. Keep it up. We are definitely coming back to you
