SAI Resort....Resort prob an ambitious description. My room for 400rs very basic but clean and bug,mosquito free with decent fan. Quiet at night. Mattress hard Indian style.Sheets clean.No reception activity but the friendly and helpful owner always on call. The nice family live upstairs and guest rooms are on ground floor. Free filtered drinking water. Great central location between Puri beach, 7 mins stroll, and main temple easy to walk to.. WiFi router upstairs and very weak downstairs, phone data signal OK if u go outside. You're very much left to you're own devices and I the only westerner at this time in March. Shared toilet,shower is clean but small. Not for elderly or disabled. Overall a good ,clean place to stay and price,location good. No social areas or activity. So its good if you're out and about most of the time! Better for the solo Western traveler or couple. But personally I like the place!

The owner is everything there. No employee. No food facilities. But he is helpful Nd good man in my opinion. He may help you out in everything you need. 800 mt from beach, a little far from mandir 1.3 km I think. Shared bathroom very little space , not good. Our room was not good, it cost 441/- with make my trip discount. Other rooms available...!

Rooms are extremely bad condition. My 2 star is just because of it's calm and quiet environment and for the soft spoken chivalrous owner.There is no reception you have to call the owner for any requirements. They will not change your bedsheets and not even wash your bathrooms. Stayed for 6 days and I will never ever think to stay here again in future. Only good thing is that the owner is good and another good point that location wise it is just 15 minutes away from jagannath temple and 10 minutes walking from golden sea beach.

It was terrible.I think the hotel owner was a psychopath. He used to keep a check on our room even in our absence.I would recommend not to book this hotel ever in ur life.

Sidharth ji very nice person, helpful and soft spoken. Rooms are too good as per budget room. Location is just mid of everything, market, beach, temple as well as very common route from Station & Bus stand

Terrible experience while booking itself at this hotel. First they will say one rate and ask for payment. After paying, they will say that rates have increased and suggest you to cancel the booking. They will mention about processing refund immediately. In my case, the refund has not come even after 15 days. I have been following everyday, but there is some excuse or the other on the delay. Wonder if they do this with everyone. I would suggest everyone to stay away from this hotel.

This is not a hotel, it's a house and the owner gives the rooms at rent. No staffs are there for room service. Further, the house is about 10 minutes walk from the sea beach.

The hotel is nice. It ic clean. The rooms are large enough for 2-3 to sleep in.
