    The Hotel Is At Good Location. But the rooms in the 1st floor are very dirty and not hygiene. The rooms in the 2nd floor are good. The staffs are very good in nature and they interact with the guest very politely. One more point is that there is only 2 space for car parking. And for singles it is not a safe location to stay as there is no street light around the hotel

    Not recommended. They have clean and spacious rooms. But they will first show very less price in booking sites and then after you have booked, they will demand more money while check in. Do not have keys in all rooms. Only one master key is there. So you have to rely on them and ask them everytime to open your room

    I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent stay at D2 Hotel Puri, booked through the Agoda app. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. I would like to bring to your attention the following issues: Lack of Basic Amenities: Upon checking in, I was shocked to find that the room provided lacked several basic amenities. There was no toiletries kit, no drinking water, and even the towels and bedsheets were of poor quality. This made my stay extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. It is unacceptable for a hotel of D2's caliber to neglect such fundamental necessities. Unhygienic and Unhealthy Conditions: The overall cleanliness and hygiene of the room were severely substandard. The bathroom was filthy, with mold and mildew present in the corners. Moreover, there were visible stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Such unhygienic conditions are not only unpleasant but also pose a risk to the health and well-being of the guests. Inaccessible and Unresponsive Management: Despite my attempts to contact the hotel manager to address these issues, I was met with complete silence. The hotel staff seemed disinterested in resolving the problems, and my requests for assistance were ignored. I find it highly unprofessional and disrespectful that the management failed to respond to my concerns, leaving me feeling helpless and unheard. Lack of Communication from Agoda App: In addition to the hotel's unresponsiveness, I tried to seek assistance through the Agoda app's customer support. However, I have received no response or acknowledgement from your team as well. This lack of communication further added to my frustration and left me feeling abandoned during my stay. Considering the aforementioned grievances, I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this matter. I expect a thorough investigation into the issues I have raised, and appropriate measures taken to rectify the situation. Moreover, I request a refund for the subpar experience I endured at D2 Hotel Puri.

    Please don't go to this place. There rooms are very bad and AC doesn't work . They will take money and they will not reply you. The room doesn't worth 500 rs .. more than 500 rs is expensive for this room. The Gm of the hotel Mr Raj is a fraud after taking money he won't pick your call he will say wrong number. Washroom is very dirty. You can trust me the service is too bad they won't pick call...once you pay money..Don't go to place you can get some other Oyo property that is worth. D2 holiday is just a trash fraud...

    Worst ever experience of my life, i will suggest to never book this hotel. 1. Even after booking and continuous communication they didn't told that they don't have rooms they shifted the guest to different hotel. 2. Service is pathetic, you will get better service at Dharamshala. 3. In between 9 guest they only provided 6 pillows. 4. For 9 guest they only provided three room by saying we don't have rooms. 4. Rooms were also in not so good condition. 5. No one attends your issue literally no one. 6. After discussion they told they will provide 1 room but by the time they denied for the room. It not even deserve 1 star this was the worst ever experience of my life.

    Room was decent, bathroom was just OK. Needs to change bathroom fittings, they look rusted n filthy. Blankets had some smoky smell. Air Conditioner was running in full speed, no temperature/speed adjustment as remote control n switches were dead. Staff are good in behavior.

    Situated just rear to Mayfair and sea beach. Very good location. Good service. Rooms are worse. All broken doors, windows bathroom mirrors and fittings. Some electrical points are open, not at all safe for kids even for elders.

    Worst experience with Oyo app.. non AC rooms only. Not suitable for family and children's. Manager ask to cancel online booking and then pay cash only. Very dirty and full of mosquitoes . Never book such hotel it should be blocked from online travel apps.

    They asked for extra money.rooms were terrific it was not clean at all. they dont have AC Remote also. The service is trash as well.the reception dont even pick up the call.

    The rooms are unclean & bedsheets, pillows are ancient stained. The bathroom is like a public restroom. Some window panes were broken, lots of mosquitoes at night. The location is close to the quiet Neeladri beach and that’s the only plus with the hotel. No running restaurant, you can order food from the kitchen at your own risk. No lift.

    Nice Experience. Calm and very silent surrounding. It is on Model Beach not the main Golden Beach. But its only 1.5 km away. So no issue. Any Rickshaw will take you to Golden beach in just β‚Ή50/-.

    I booked for 20 th March 21 to 25 th march 21.And I also pay in advanced in 25 th Jan 21.they send me confirmation sms in what's up and email.But at the morning of 20 th March when I visited that hotel they told me that no rooms are available. And don't arrange any alternative way.Totaly cheater. very bad staff and very bad behavior. I request every person don't stay here.There are also very nice hotel in Puri less than their charge.If you don't want any harrassment then don't book here

    Rooms are passable for the price we paid. The service was pathetic. We had to wait for half an hour to check-in as they started cleaning the rooms only after we arrived. No towel, no soap and no drinking water was provided in room. There was no water in the washrooms for almost 2 hours during check-out. Only good thing about this hotel is its location. Neeladri beach is at walkable distance. There are small shops and restaurants nearby. Rickshaws ply frequently to reach other parts of the city.
