I have stayed in this property so many times that I have lost my count. It is that good. The rooms are excellent. All the rooms are sea facing. The people are so helpful and warm. Both the restaurants have great food to offer with wonderful ambiance. They provide private beach facility. The pool is nice as well. The property have luscious green lawns.

Hotel is at a convenient location and very close to beach. Overall experience for us was OK but not great. They have so many staff employees, but it feels like a government office where all the services are very slow. The most disappointing thing for us was the food served in the hotel, even with high prices the food quality is poor. They served us chapatis with bugs in it. Bugs can literally be seen in it, see attached picture. How can so called luxury hotel be so irresponsible for food they serve. On top of that they never replied to my complaint that I made for same. Guests staying there should arrange food from outside, it's better than suffering from food poisoning during your trip :) They can and should do better to serve the guest.

I stayed here for 2 nights for my official travel. The only advantage of this place is it is nearby sea beach (within 1 Km) and you can view sea beach from your room. Except that this property has no positive point. Service is pathetic and staffs don't have basic understanding of good service. Room service is very bad. You have to follow up multiple times and staff's behaviour is not at all up to the mark. Not trained of handling quality guests. This hotel is good for hosting wedding parties and stays. Food is not good. Not recommended considering you will have many good options in same room rate in Puri with better service

The ambience is good and the food might be good but the service terrible. It really matters for high end hospitality and they totally lack it. We went and had to wait quite a while for someone to come and collect our orders. We ordered biriyani because we needed to have something served quick. It was over 40 minutes before we decided to leave. And in those 40 minutes our efforts to track the progress of our orders were simply being ignored....

Taking customers for granted...Pathetic Staff , Pathetic Service. We were a group of 11 adults and 6 kids who went to this restaurant for dinner around 10 PM. Entered the hotel with lot of expectation but turned out to be a disaster. First of all there was no proper electricity and no backup power also when light goes off. During the dinner almost 7 times electricity issues was observed. However, we placed the order at 10:15 pm. Although the hotel ambience is good, we were disappointed with the taste and service.The waiters were looking extremely tired, it seems they are the one working from morning till night and everyone looks in hurry to go home.They were yelling each other In addition they could hardly notice us when we wanted something. Not attentive.Very arrogant behaviour. Each time are getting panicked when you ask something.Overall quality services were so pathetic. Had order some soup was served without spoon, it was so terrible could eat more than a spoonful.Wrong soup was served to us and it was shocked, rather than serving us the right one,the waiter finally cancelled the order.I asked for butter garlic Naan which was supposed to be served on the table but few of them was served after finishing our dinner. Let's say about food quality was very very bad.The quality of food ruined the overall experience.The most of the foods were served too cold.A very bad smelly frozen chicken was served not fresh at all which was purely unhealthy and a great cause of food poison.They need to change the chef at the earliest. And - needless to say - Overall tourists avoid this place.Not recommended for those who want decent food. Not used.

I visit this place if I am at Puri and wish to have a lavish meal. The service is top notch and the food is also good. You get to eat your food with a sea beach view and also the ambience is pretty decent. Do try their noodles and chilly fish.

Good hotel and one of the best location. We stayed in cottage and it was very good. The hotel and staff weee very busy because of two weddings party and delay in service was quite visible. Food here is very tasty and served with good quantity. Bit disappointed they were not serving any buffet breakfast and 8 AM check out is bit painful

Nice place. They have a private beach and a mind blowing ambience. Cater all needs and staff behaviour and service is excellent. Well maintained and hygiene. I loved this place I believe you all will also like it.

Post Covid Not Recommended.! Edited my Previous ratings of 5 ⭐ after 2 years. Things have changed and it's not the same Hotel as it was. They are more interested in "Marriage Bookings" than welcoming tourists. Service has become horrible. Specially the Restaurant staff were very rude and unapologetic for it. Also the food taste and quality has become unworthy of the price charged. Rooms with sea view are not worthy of the price charged. Standard and deluxe room without sea view are horrible and old. They need to repair their bathroom fittings and doors too. The only thingsl good about the hotel is their location. Earlier would have blindly recommended this hotel, but I most certainly would not. There are better hotels than this at a similar price range.

Overall nice stay. Nice view of the beach and sea from 4th floor. Maintenance of property and room can be improved. Curtain rods were stained. Windows not clean. Noise isolation in rooms can be improved. Was able to hear television from next room. Front office staff can be a bit more courteous. Room service, housekeeping and food was good.

It has been a second home for me and my family. My Family Members was a regular here. Rooms are spacious and reasonable in price. Resort has a swimming pool, some cottages, a beautiful garden and lawn and has its personal beach Nice staff, Good facility. Access to pool You can get a very nice view if the rooms are sea facing. It takes 5 minutes to be at the beach. The food is the winner !! Special Thanks to Manager and it's team who gives excellent response to us 😀

Great place for a quick staycation in Puri. They have a pool and a beach too. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't let us order any North Indian dish after 4. So we had to order South Indian. The food was good and the quantity was good too. Would definitely recommend this place.

What a horrible stay for us , you book standard room means Jail like structure, No ventilation that too at bathrooms. Pathway to room gives a such a worst feeling. Staying is like sin here. Neither don't care for your stay not they respond to your request. Better stay away from rooms. Restaurants are good and food too. Walkway to beach is good and beaches are clean behind the hotel. They have to banned the ground floor rooms will make this hotel better place to stay. If you get a ground floor means you have warranted for a jail experience. Thanks

Had the opportunity to spend vacation three times here in last 4-5 years. Experience is always awesome, Service is usually prompt, satisfactory, ambience and level of comfort is outstanding. One possible improvement- They can bring more variation in food items. Absolutely liked the dessert Coconut Delight but other non veg food items are usually a bit expensive. Overall experience is extremely good..

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable with a cozy bed and a nice view of the city. The bathroom was a bit small but still functional with good water pressure in the shower. One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional customer service from the hotel staff. They were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The front desk staff were particularly helpful with providing recommendations for local attractions and arranging transportation. The hotel also had a few nice amenities such as a fitness center and a rooftop bar with stunning views of the city. However, the rooftop bar was a bit pricey and seemed more geared towards tourists than locals. One area where the hotel could improve is the breakfast service. While the food was decent, the breakfast area was quite crowded and it was difficult to find a seat. While the view from the family room is excellent but the facilities at the hotel are a SHAME. Be it a medical emergency, special request or even matters of basic hygiene...the staff fails to even be close to meeting the expectations. Dint expect this kind of service from the oldest run hotel in the area.

Awesome place Great beach view and access. Food is top-notch. The staff was very cooperative.

Placed near the beach it’s a wonderful hotel. We went to its restaurant where we ordered golden fried prawns and chicken tandoori. Masala coke sweet lime soda and in main course we had butter nan (tasty n soft) and tandoori roti( rubbery) along with chicken butter masala. They only gave three pieces in each plate which is not expected from such a reputated hotel.

The rooms in the ground floor are a problem as there is no ventilation. Food wise - vegetarian food is good. Non- vegetarian food is not upto the mark.

Recently I stayed here for 4 days. Location wise not appropriate if you want to explore puri. No Privet beach. Lift is not accessible from all the floors the. We had to use stairs all the time. Rooms are so small that we had to put our luggage in bed to open. and don’t have any balcony. Almost everyday there were different types of programmes like marriage, reception etc. Loud music spoiled our vacation. Most importantly dirty bed sheets, bed skirts. Even after complaining what they changed is not satisfactory. The food is good. Room service staff are good.

The hotel has a great view at its backyard lawn being on the beach but the entrance is not so appealing, at first glance of the entrance it makes you feel its a small time hotel. Rooms were just ok but what made it bad was the lack of outside view, some windows opened to walls in front of it while the premium cottage rooms also has the view of the rooftop of other rooms and by little misses the beautiful sea view it could've offered. Service is decent but yes the food is good, the only saving grace. So just for a quick stay its ok but you want better hotel experience during your stay try some other hotel first.

Not good. Food is too costly. No cleanliness. With tariffs they collect, breakfast should be provided. We had lunch there which was tasteless. Evening they said tea will be provided but we didn’t get a single day. It’s a total waste of money. 15000 for two days is just cheating .. Don’t go

Awesome resort with mouth watering & delicious food, outstanding room service. ONE of the best resorts in Puri. The staff is always on their toes to help you out in any situation. The pool, lawn, etc is well maintained. EVEN the standard rooms are equipped with all amenities. They have a lovely bakery. They bake delicious cake. You would get all variety of foods in their restaurant like south Indian, Chinese, Indian etc. Over all very good experience staying in this reosrt. Would definitely recommend all.

One of the oldest yet luxurious places with Very well maintained property and good service. Great location with great view and good food. Food is expensive but you get most cuisines no matter which corner of India you are from. Must visit!

Loved the experience, we stayed like just for few hours in which we enjoyed enough. Had Lunch and dinner which was luscious. It also have amazing view of sea beach connecting directly to hotel. And also spent good times with friends in the pool. Loved it

We were a group of 20 people visit for lunch. All order different starters, main course and appetizers. Starter and main course were amazing. Foods taste great, price is quite high but considerinh ambience and location cost was not of concern. Sweet were not so great which we order after main course. They have good maintained beach and swimming pool. Staff were professional in conduct. However receptionist were not so courteous. All in all it was good. Reception area has common toilet that is bit uncommon.

Rooms are spacious, food is excellent, ample parking space, huge lawn and walking area with ample open space. The only downside is the WiFi which is open so most of our devices won’t connect to it as it is an unsecured network. Did inform reception about it but no one understands the technical aspect of open WiFi so guests have to deal with not being able to use it. Rest everything is good.

The hotel and hotel staff were very good and nice. Rooms were very good staff was polite and on to the mark for service. Any how I find room for improvement for the resort is that the food can improve a bit more. And expect a bit more fresh food. All in all a great place worth visiting again with family.

Had our Anniversary celebration in this hotel. The overall experience was good. The food was good. Their garden area has a good view. They were short with staff to provide us the service at some points due to one of the ongoing events. Rest was satisfactory.

Very near to railway station.. Private beach access. Our family room was nice clean and spacious with beach view. Had fun in swimming pool. And beach was peaceful.. Not much croud. There are good restaurants in walking distance because hotel restaurant is too costly..

Rooms are dusty and feels very old, Family room lacks balcony. Glass window can’t be substitute of a balcony. Room sizes are below average. Stair cases every where inside the hotel and weirdly placed, very uncomfortable for elders. Food seems monotonous and over spicy, same gravy with different vegetables everyday. Hotel stuffs are like robots, restaurant stuffs are equally rude. They love to entertain outside people rather than who are staying as guest. Total waste of money and vacation.

Hotel Holiday Resort is the best place to stay in Puro. My all time favourite 🥰 Their service, hospitality, maintenance are just outstanding 👌 Food is extra ordinary u can have. Delicious food !!! You can enjoy clean beautiful beach view from windows. The beach is crystal clear neat and clean and not crowded. Ambience is very much sophisticated. You can enjoy their swimming pool.. Love it's backside spacious lawn, here you can have a walk or play games with your family/friends/kids or simply sit n take fresh air enjoying sea view. We love it's food quality always, but last time the launch we took there was not upto mark. Covid effect or weekend rush? Also like the clean swimming pool

We stayed here from 26th to 28th March. It was a lovely experience. The staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms were well maintained. Food too was awesome. The pool side and lawn had an awesome view. The only thing they can improve is the wait time for food at their restaurant. Rest everything is fine. Would visit again surely

Food is good but service and ambience is not great at all. Staff is courteous but better management of the servicing the food to customers needs improvement . Long wait for the food to arrive makes me feel I won’t revisit this place in future at this restaurant. Bit disappointed on the one of the food I had ordered i.e. Mutton curry which I had to straightaway return it. Overall 3.5 out of 5.

Room is well maintained and the surroundings is good with sea access but the drainage smell was fuming out from the drain outlet in bathroom, but its forgivable when compared with the property itself. The swimming pool is accessible if u wear satin clothes or else the swim wear is available for rent .

Not satisfied with the stay the main reason is untidiness.Cleanliness and hygiene is an issue here.They must keep a check.Room service is poor.Overall not satisfied Holiday resort used to be second home to me and my family but this time I was very disappointed by seeing such dirty bed sheets pillow covers it has hair all over the place almost everywhere in the room.Disappointed.Though the view from the room is good.Being a member too I didn’t feel any advantage of it.We stayed at family room.Kindly improve the hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant and hotel rooms.It gives mental satisfaction to the customers post Covid cleanliness and proper sanitization should be given more importance.The window glass and curtains are also not clean.Hope the management will work on this.Customer satisfaction and feedback matters.

It's a very famous and a sophisticated restaurant in Holiday Inn. The ambience is lovely inside, extremely warm and polite staff and food is really delicious. Their Indian food stood out for me, however you can also try Chinese as I've heard it's mind blowing. Do not miss out on the desserts, they are too yummy. Overall, it's a wonderful place for you to have your meal. One can even take a stroll outside in the beautiful Aerocity after meal. I happily rate this place 5/5.

Best place in puri for a beach connectivity and free of chaos to get some peaceful time on the beach. Also, good food and service. Cottage Rooms are the best room to stay in, but a bit expensive one but worth to pay. Good pool and good staff. Yes but check in n out would make you restless...

Rooms were spacious but ground floor rooms had cockroaches crawling on the floor, constant noise of gushing water coming from the duct adjacent to the room. Ground floor rooms have no views. Pool was clean and well maintained. Jacuzzi was fun. But the most disappointing thing is the management at the restaurant. Total jeopardy, managers are worthless and communicate only in odia , not replying to their guests in Hindi or English. We had to wait for hours for lunch and dinner. Impolite staff behaviour and no proper queue is maintained for guests. Extremely disappointed with the restaurant. There's no complimentary breakfast. But food was well cooked and room service was nice.

One of my favorite resorts in Puri! Lovely cottage to stay at, decent service, great access to the beach and affordable food. Only thing lacking is they need to be pet friendly. Would love to bring pets with us here on vacation.

Near the beach with less gatherings around, safe, clean and you can get all the amenities. Not to miss the food in the restaurant, but the service is not up to the mark. The pool and the ambience of rooms and cottages are delightful experience

Customer service can be better. We complained about smoke smell and instead of changing the room they asked us to put AC on. Few people from support staff ( room service) were really good and makes your day. Front desk is in their own world. No suggestions, no guidance, no hospitality.

With this hotel you do get the "premium" hotel feeling. The rooms are very clean, cosy and the service is excellent. The food in the restaurant is great as well. Parking space is ample. The only thing I felt was a let down was the check out time which is 8AM. That's really too early in the morning. I think most hotels atleast give you 10 AM check out time. I booked one of the cottage rooms but my advice is just go for the normal rooms, they are equally great. The cottage rooms don't offer much additional value considering the price paid.

It is for luxury stay. If someone needs to sit back and relax then you can definitely choose this hotel. Food is amazing as well as view also. Beach is nearby one can sit as long as they want. All staffs are very cooperative and polite, room service is also very quick.

Location: Perfect. 50 metres walk to beach. Clean and calm beach. Perfect for family. Restaurant food is good. Room service was equally good. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms/WashBasin can be better. Toilets are spotless. View from sea-facing rooms is beautiful.

This place has the worst hospitality team and very old rooms. They called me a day before arriving and told me to checkin after 2pm and after checking in they let me know that the checkout is at 8am?!? When I questioned why it was that early they told me that I could’ve checked in at 9am itself and didn’t agree that their team informed me to checkin late. The room service and the restaurant service is the slowest I have ever seen. The rooms are smelly and dirty.
