Poor experience, the female staff are not trained. The sample perfume’s head was removed hence I was not able to test the fragrance. When asked about it, the answer was that the heads are were removed as they want to avoid customer to walk in use and leave. Sad that reputated brand like MINISO thinks like this about their customers.
