The park and the Hermitage Lodge is worth a visit. Peaceful, especially on weekdays. Plan for a long multi-hour walk, as the park is fairly large. The park is enclosed and brags a large population of deer.

I've never seen such nature before, it is worth it. For me, It took 50 minutes to reach this beautiful spot with a bike.

Very nice and quiet park. Looks way bigger on the map than it is in reality. It's used a lot for running and cycling and is very easy to reach by both car and public transport from the city of Copenhagen Very cool that there are a lot of deer that aren't that afraid and you can come within good photography range of them. What was also very notable was the huge amount of dead trees

Dyrehaven is a large park like area north of Copenhagen. The area is the kings old hunting ground and therefore houses a little castle. It’s a huge area with lots of open spaces and forest. It offers the opportunity to rent horses by the hour to stroll among the trees. There are many miles of well maintained pathways so it is very accessible.

Expansive park with lovely walking and cycling routes through forest and across lovely grassy meadows. Hundreds of deer to spot along with other wildlife, and in the summer several cafes, restaurants, and Bakken (a charming theme park), all clustered within 5 minutes of the Klampenborg entrance.

A very, very large forested park full of ancient trees with basically domesticated deer and a palace in the center. It was once a royal hunting ground and now offers absolutely fantastic views at sunset and the unique experience of walking through herds of deer.

Great place to visit and get away from the city. It s only a short train ride from Copenhagen but it s well worth the visit to its Deer Park

It is my second time to visit there in the past few years and four days later I went back for the third time. I’m always amazed by this glorious creatures. Seeing them grazing unworried makes you feel so calm. On Wednesdays you can get in with your car so when I’ve been there there was a bunch of elders with much older cars that gathered there before sunset. I don’t think that I can get to that region without going there again. And so are you 🙂

An absolute pleasure to have a great walk through. Plenty of shade if it's hot. Find a map online or in an app and walk.

Nice park to visit. The park is huge and there are many attractions within. There is a shop for you to rent bicycles; the shop is located right after you exit from Klampenborg station. The staff at the bicycle rental shop is super friendly and nice. We enjoyed exploring the park by bicycle. Do remember to cycle on the main path though; the path is more flat and easy to cycle. :)
