For students of Walchand College of Engineering this is one of the best places. It has 24 hour drinking water and tap water. Good cleaning service, facilities such had furniture is also available. Landlord is himself a passout of WCE and hence understdands necessities of Engineering students. There are certain rules to be followed at hostel but all those are preety much cool. Market is very close, college is om walkable distance. On the whole there's no problem in staying here. I have been here for all 4 years of my engineering course.
