I have done Keratine treatment on my hair. SALEM AND HIS ASSISTANTS have treated me like princess. Have done their job perfectly. Its and expensive treatment and parlour no doubt about it but its worth for the staff behavior quality of products. THANK YOU ALL .

I went for a hair cut but Suraj suggested a hair treatment for my hair as it was very frizzy. Post treatment my hair feels very soft and has a shine. The service and hospitality is very good and welcoming. I'd probably visit again.

Team handled hairwash, haircut and styling with great care. Sudev was my hairdresser and I really appreciated how he took his time... I am only a little surprised with the length...I was clear I did not want it too short. However, the haircut is great (and value for money) which makes it simpler to get used to the shorter length. For facial, I went for a facial and I loved it because of Palomi's service. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. Had once of the best hair spa experience here in Kolkata. Definitely a must visit salon. My spa was done by Mukesh. He is such a perfectionist at his work. Staffs were really helpful and polite. Highly recommended❤️

Needed to visit twice to adjust the hair as much as possible. Even after a week the hair is not in shape. Now I have started wearing a cap. Make sure, they really assign a senior hair stylist if you pay for relevant service. After spending more than Rs. 700, including all taxes, I need to wear a cap to hide the damage caused by the hair cut. Senior stylists are good but you never know that an intern hair stylist cut your hair even you pay for a senior one. By the way, I didn't receive a bill.

Usually I take my mother in law with me for facials and would like to mention Falguni and Moumita for their excellent facial services. This place is overpriced. They are charging for premium service but the service is very casual. i got my hairct and beard done and was charged Rs 1800. Very expensive for the kind of service they give. The service is decent though. But not nearly worth 1800 bucks. Same service if i was paying around 800 bucks, I would rate them highly. They dont even wash your hairs or do anything that you would expect from a place that charges so high. I might not be back, as its not worth spending 2k bucks just for a harcut and beard.

This parlor is truly a gem! I had 2 facials with Falguni who did an amazing job with my skin. She immediately diagnosed my skin issue and gave me a facial to treat the condition. I could see a huge improvement after the treatment. Falguni is also very good at massages. She gave a very relaxing massage treatment and this helped me feel so much more energetic after. Falguni is simply wonderful. I highly recommend her for facial and massages! Thank you Falguni! Hope to see you during my next visit to Kolkata.

Amar is excellent. My baby is very naughty but he brilliantly handled him. My baby's age 2.5 years. Really this saloon and their behavior is very good. But again I have to said this, Amar has brilliant hair cutting ability.

Worst experience ever. Better go somewhere else and save money. I along with my husband have been using most of the services for almost a year since the name was Studio99. I made a membership card by paying extra amount to avail 50% discount on all services apart from hair services that includes chemicals. I am very disappointed to state that they have doubled the prices and have stopped the 50% discount services. I thought to take few more services and renew my card in future but seeing they have changed color like a chameleon, I will neither go nor recommend anyone. My card was still valid and services have dropped down drastically. Customer benefits are no longer like the ones that we used to get earlier. I have previous bills where 50% discount were offered on facial and now they say it was a mistake that was happening for a year and going forward they won't give the 50% discount on facials even though you have a valid card. Pathetic service. Never recommend to visit this.
