1.treatment is ok types not upto the mark. 2.very small nursing home ..waiting area is very small 3. No parking facility.. if you have a Vehicle you have to wait on damping side which is situated in front of the hospital.. 4. Canteen facility available on the roof..

First of all the nurses are most ridiculous. They even don't know how to put an IV CHANNEL.. I'm suffering for this .my full hand got swelling with pain . At night if you have any prblm and call the nurse she will get irritated and don't treat you with manner. Worst experience. GALAXY HOSPITAL is much more better than this hospital attest you will get the proper care by the nurses. Don't go for this hospital. Never. Also in the MONEY MATTER GALAXY HOSPITAL is much more fairer that this hospital. We will have the same dr. In GALAXY so got for GALAXY not this hospital. I'm writing this with my own experience because within two months i got admitted to this two hospital.

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen, each and every service starting from reception, claims, quality of food provided to the patient nothing is up to the mark with relates to the bill they charged. No proper communication with patient party, no co-ordination, absolutely nothing. Only positive thing with my experience is the nursing service which was good. Advice to management, if you plan for a long run in the business,don't always run after money, look into the service provided as well. Worthless to mention, that the management is only finding ways to drain as much amount of money they can from the patient party.

Facilities and machines are good but management & system not working properly thats why all patient and his/her attendance suffering with system. One thing is good that was neat and clean everywhere. Worst experience and one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. Staff aswell as nurses are all useless. They charge you way more extra on your pharmacy bill and use them for other patients admitted. Pintu Prabhat and Satyajit Ganguly two P.R.O representative added 5000 more on our medicine bill and when argued upon deducted 1000 from the bill. They are not a hospital but theif who are just their to loot peoples hard earned money.

Just beside this is Mangolik apt where bhagat family lives. All are cheaters. They duped many people. They sells same flat to several people. Becareful to deal with them.

If ward patient calls nurses do not come or help. Charges are way too high. If asked about reports , nurses do not inform. Have doubts that if they really know how to read reports. There are lot of discrepancies in the medical bill.

Hospital service is very pathetic, they are not bother about the Covid care inside, some staffs like Receptionist Madam (I have photo as evidence), their PRO Saheb (I have photo as evidence) and security Guard too (I have photo as evidence), they are not using mask properly, they are not providing Sanitizer to patients relatives. Some of House Staffs are moving without mask, it's horrible. All are shouting here like receptionist, One Manager short hight, Security Guard, Some other outsiders who are there well known etc. One Kakababu is there, he is also not weared mask in prpoer way. Barrackpore city hospital is a private nursing home. All kinds of facilities available here. Some renowned doctors do their chambers here. The people at reception is well behaved and courteous. C-section delivery happens here under doctor's supervision. Moreover it's a neat and clean place to be at.

My recent stay at Barrackpore City Hospital left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. The management is so greedy that they kept me for an additional day for absolutely no reason. The communication between staff was poor, causing delays and confusion. The hospital's cleanliness was subpar, raising concerns about safety. You will find leaking toilets everywhere. The organization and coordination were severely lacking, leading to delayed records and wasted time. The billing department was a nightmare, with confusing and excessive charges. My family was completely harassed as they had to wait for over 8 hours for my discharge. Overall, I strongly advise against choosing this hospital for quality healthcare. The above star rating would have been negative in case there was an option.

I took my mom to Barrackpore City Hospital because her blood pressure was up and down, and she was feeling dizzy. She was doing alright at first, even walking and eating by herself. But the care at the hospital wasn't good. She had a stroke there, and I think it's because they didn't look after her right. After the stroke, the hospital didn't tell me clearly how to give her the medicines or what food she should have. When I tried to ask for help, the staff was in a rush and didn't explain things. The RMO was rude to me when I just wanted to know how to care for my mom. That's not how a hospital should treat worried families. Because of all this, we had to move her to another hospital, and now she's getting much better care. I'm writing this to tell others that Barrackpore City Hospital might not be a safe place if you need careful and kind doctors. I wouldn't tell anyone to go there.
