I
had
arranged
for
a
get
together
on
the
eve
of
my
birthday
at
Kasturi
restaurant,
Barrackpore
on
21/02/2021.
The
restaurant
was
cosy,
clean
and
well
maintained.
The
staffs
were
well
behavee
and
cooperative.
We
had
ordered
14
mini
thaalis
and
some
add
ons.
Among
the
add
on,
the
fush
finger
was
really
very
tasty
for
the
fish
they
had
provided
with
was
too
fresh
and
perfect.
We
all
loved
the
fish
fingers
and
the
kasundi
as
well.
Then
we
had
ordered
DOI
RUI.
I
had
previously
told
them
to
provide
us
with
Kaatla
instead
of
Rui,
but
they
did
not
abide
by
it.
They
had
served
us
Doi
rui
and
what
17
of
us
felt
was
the
fish
was
stale
and
the
gravy
of
Doi
Rui
was
too
sweet
like
chutney.
The
fish
was
over-fried.
The
quality
of
the
fish
was
not
at
all
good.
When
we
had
told
them
immediately
on
the
spot
about
the
bad
quality
of
the
fish,
they
simply
denied
on
the
face.
It
was
really
disappointing.
We
had
ordered
Shukto
which
was
too
bitter
in
taste
and
not
at
all
good.
I
would
like
to
recommend
them
to
improve
the
quality
of
Shukto
or
remove
it
from
the
menu
itself.
We
had
ordered
Mutton
kosha
for
14people,
and
what
we
observed
after
being
served
with
the
dish
was
that,
the
quality
of
mutton
was
not
same
for
everyone.
Some
pieces
of
mutton
were
too
rubbery
while
others
were
soft.
The
mutton
were
being
mixed
with
the
previously
cooked
mutton
and
served.
Everyone
was
not
served
with
the
fresh
and
soft
mutton
pieces
equally.
The
other
items
like
chutney,
gulab
jamun
were
appreciable.
I
would
request
Kasturi
restaurant
to
improve
the
quality
of
Rui
fish
and
mutton.
