My experience at Medstar has always been fantastic . Doctor Avishek Kar is outstandingly for physiotherapy. My son got a back spasm due to golf which he cured in just 5 days . The place is clean hygienic and people are approachable and helpful .

For me.. This is the best place for physiotherapy.. Avishek Kar who heads the department is truly a magician. It's the best place to go to in Kolkata for effective & genuine treatment... You don't get fleeced you get cured

Good pathology centre.

I have attached the picture of the outcome of a blood test from Medstar Clinic Premlata building. The lab technician Mr Ali has done this to the left arm of my boss. It is a red angry scar that does not seem to go even after 5 days of drawing blood from his arm.Everyone has taken a blood test but i have never seen such an outcome. The lab technician was not experienced enough and hence poked the nerves too many times ???? i am just curious to know the reason. Please be careful is all i can say before going to such places....

Today means 7thAugust 2018 time 8:00 pm .Went to clinic what happen with me that the front reception lady was very rude she didn't have manners to talk with patients. She was shouting like anything at me for 2000 rs change . When I told her in a rude manner then her assistant came and told her to give from the doctor fees for the bill was 1520 rs when handover 2000 rs then she told me the change is not available but in her drawer there wre change then she gave from the doctor fee . This was a harassment for us .

I was amused in the assessment of my long back pain, by Dr. Avisek who assessed that I had been suffering last 8 years was due to a sprain on my back by lifting a weight which I never remembered. I took 6 settings and the pain was 99% relived.

I was consulted Dr Sumalatha from the emergency ward. She first asked me to do all random round of test. Xray, Dengue, CBC without even profiling the risk i should be considering. All that she was concerned about was get as many tests she could. I asked her that i dont really have Dengue symtoms, she got angry at me. As i guessed all the tests were negative. Overall she was very unprofessional, no human empathy and zero concern. Very good experience with the Diagnostic and Xray staffs. No complains at all. Hospital management please take regular feedbacks from the patients on doctors consulting.

My first Experience is very bad with MedStar the person who took my blood. The guy is totally fresher. He push the injection very badly in my Hand.

Done whole body testing on 11th August, my USG reports according to them was normal , but again i had severe stomachache, in my repead USG done at other diagnostic centre, GallStone was found in my Gall bladder. Just after 5 days. Bad diagnosis.

It was a wonderful experience! All the staffs were very helpful and quick. I especially would like to appreciate the guy who collected fasting blood from me! He’s very polite, friendly and exceptionally good at his job. The Dental Doctor was also very professional and nice! Pooja, sister was very helpful and the others too! Overall a very pleasant experience! I would definitely recommend Medstar to my friends. I visited today at 8.30 am I.e on 4th February 2023 and I was out by 11.45 am! Keep up the good work!

My brother has been sent to the clinic from VISA center for a Plan chest CT scan. But their behavior is very rude. The 4-star rating which is visible in their profile is fake. They take the customer's mobiles without their permission and give the rating on their own. Even they do not send the report on time. We need to make calles for updates all the time. very very bad experience.

I request everyone not to go to medstar..they will take appointment but once you reach they will cancel the appointment. And all the prcitof test is also higher and all reports not absotaccurate .
