Stay away from this place if you want to avoid being insulted!!! If I could, I'd have given -5 out of 5!!! worse experience ever :( This afternoon, I had my friend visiting from Chicago who I have known since our PhD days in the USA. So I thought of taking him to the newest place on Park Street, least knowing that this was going to be the most embarrassing moment of my life. My friend was wearing slippers and the woman at the counter said that we couldn't be allowed because of our attire!!! I asked to speak to her manager and she right away refused stating "I'm in charge"....seems like the management loves to judge people by their attire and thinks that patrons go there for making "style statements" rather than relaxing with friends. Perhaps they believe that people who wear slippers are not "classy" enough for their restaurant I was meeting my friend after so many years and wanted to have a good time but little did I know that we were in for such a predicament because of some silly employees at Olterra and the "rules" they want to impose. So yeah, I'd say go to the Park or Hard Rock across the street if you want good behavior and decent service

I liked the place. Good ambience. Inside as well as outside seating. Rooftop space. Fairly quick service. Clean washrooms. I liked the furniture. Central location in Park Street area. The food we tried was good. Lots of innovative drinks available. However, it's on the expensive end of the spectrum. And for some, the music can be a bit loud.

Located right beside Peter Cat in Park Street, this is a sister concern of Carpe Diem. The decor is expansive, Greek themed and comes with a tagline - “Party like Gods”! We visited on a Friday at 9pm and it was naturally very crowded (with not just regular customers but also an entire section for a party). This is a happening place so do get a reservation. We didn’t and we had to sit by the bar. Wasn’t much of an issue though. The bartender was very attentive, helpful and nice. We got great food. The music was a bit too loud, so talking was somewhat of an issue but it didn’t matter. We gorged on the food instead. It was my friend’s birthday and they gladly offered us a blueberry cheesecake on the house with a customised birthday wish! Lovely place. The drinks were tad too expensive. We got three glasses of Chardonnay, three glasses of Gin based cocktail, chicken tacos, Cilantro fish (excellent!), a Pan Asian non veg bowl for food and a Thai Basil Leaf Chicken dish.

This place is luxurious. You can consider this place for a date night or for an extravagant party. Service is top notch. loved their behaviour and courtesy. the only problem is with food. I personally found their food pretty average considering the price. however, cocktails were awesome. so, if your priorty is food then it's better to avoid this place. but if you want to enjoy lavish ambience with refreshing cocktails then you won't regret visiting here. It's an Insta worthy pub👌

Amazing placing, total Greek theme, food & drinks ware so damn good, especially Imran who help through our orders and suggestions was amazing. But one thing that was disappointing quantity which was not worth the price, it was little less. Hope they gonna work on that. Overall the place was amazing, me and friends loved it, we gonna visit again.

Great place and great ambiance. We enjoyed the food a lot, great quality. Drinks were okay. The place is quite spacious, there is an indoor and outdoor section. They serve hookah as well. The server was also very nice and suggested a few dishes.

Olterra is a Greek themed microbrewery cum restaurant located on main Park Street. Great ambience, lot of seating space indoor and outdoor; they have a patio seating too. Decor, service is great. Live DJ music is good. Finger snacks and drinks menu are very good. D’Maitre Arup Bose who served our table was an excellent host while suggesting food items and drinks. We ordered chicken tikka, beer batter fish fingers, cheese rolls, mini mushroom filled kulchas, JW Gold Reserve whiskey to accompany the snacks and vice versa, Budweiser beer to end the evening on a high note. A great experience overall with colleagues after a hard days work. Their microbrewery will start shortly as most equipment is in place. Supply chain for the same is in process. Once their freshly brewed beer starts on the menu, they will be phenomenal. Look forward to being back again shortly. I am very impressed by the service offered and the food served. We didn't have to wait much for the food to arrive and the staffs were very helpful and convincing throughout our experience. The mocktails were very refreshing and perfectly designed... Thanks to the crew of Olteraa.

Had a lot of second thoughts while visiting the place. But I fell in love with the rooftop once I visited. It's a very considerable date spot. Not advisable for a large group of friends, the experience will not just be the same. The pizza is the best! We also ordered a watermelon drink and it was not worth the price. The taste was not even close to satisfaction. The ambience and vibe of the place is absolutely outstanding. One must try this place once in a lifetime for cool Instragram pictures or spend some quality time with a date. The place can also be a good hangout spot for a group of friends willing to party.

My new favourite party spot in the town. The ambience is so perfect with the most appropriate lighting. Loved the interior decor. The gentleman serving us was very nice and cooperative. The prices are quite reasonable in comparison to other places in terms of quality and quantity. Definitely try the mocktails that are just bomb.

I checked into this aesthetic place checking that they're starting some new activity for plates breaking. I ended up loving the ambience and the food. The place is absolutely pretty! My top picks from this place would be Lemongrass Chicken Tikka - soft and absolutely juicy. Potato Rosti Chana Chat - filling and a delight for vegans. Chilli Cigar Roll - hands on a yummy delight. Truffle Cream Cheese Kulcha - the best one with its richness and stuffings. Cream Cheese & Mushroom Dumplings - absolutely melts in mouth And the Dab Chingri Risotto - show stealer! ❤️ It was not only a gastronomical delight but a treat to my eyes! The ambience of this place is absolutely beautiful as well! I can't wait to be back at this lovely place soon.

It was my first visit to this huge place and the ambience is quite good. Indoor seating is very big and outdoor seating is beautifully decorated. The taste of the food is good though the quantity is less and so the price is high. They don't play Bollywood music, only Hollywood music. Overall average experience, neither bad, nor too good. The staff was very courteous.

The two things that instantly put people off in a restaurant are 1. Music that is way too loud. I literally couldn’t even talk to the person beside me. Due to a sore throat I couldn’t scream, so I asked the waiter to lower the volume just little bit so we could talk without literally falling sick and they ignored my request repeatedly. 2. Bad behaviour from the staff. I was there for about 5h and most of the waiters and waitresses were condescending and demeaning. They spoke way too many times out of turn to “teach” me about food and alcohol like I had no experience at all. I’ve been to expensive restaurants many times before and I couldn’t believe how obviously they thought we’d come to a place way over our budget (which btw was funny because we actually DID pay our bill without having to wash plates). So unless you “LOOK” rich, I’d not suggest it at all 😂 and for these two glaring reasons I will never visit Olterra again and I’ll ask everyone I know to not do either. Otherwise, food was good and quite typical of expensive places with their small quantities and high prices. But it was good food. The two stars are for the interior decor, the comfortable seating and the rooftop smoking area.

One of the amazing place I visited , top notch ambience , decor , professionalism of staffs , food taste , wine. Spacious place with lots of sitting arrangements, Indoor outdoor available, one can experience various range of desserts. They even offered different test beers , which were really good. In terms of price , one cannot say it's pocket friendly as it is situated in the heart of park Street.

Very beautifully decorated interiors, they have both indoor & outdoor sitting facilities. Hospitality of every staff is top notch. Food & drinks are amazing. Perfect place for hangout & partying. Don't miss Egyptian Baklava in dessert section. Highly recommendable.

Excellent new place at Stephen court park street adjacent to Peter cat. Good music, food , service, huge bar, Open air terrace, vallet parking available, but avoid it as its a one way lane and very crowded place. Brewery is yet to open.

I loved this new place in Kolkata. Olterra is right next to Peter Cat in Stephen's Court and this is definitely gonna bring Calcutta in the radar. The service is the first thing you'll notice with the maitre d greeting you at the top of the stairs and leading you to your seat. The food and drinks are brilliant. A little heavy on the pocket, but I don't mind since the quality and service is spot on. Good job folks!!

Located at a very convenient spot at Park Street, it is just beside the veteran Peter Cat. This is a Roman themed cafe. The food, their service, the ambience - everything was perfect. The staffs were very cordial. Two guys named Imtiaz and Soumo (hopefully the names are correctly named / spelled) were looking after our table and they made sure that we got all what we needed. They have live music which starts from around 8 p. m. Charges up the atmosphere completely. They have Rooftop arrangements as well. Only point of concern is the pricing, seemed a little too expensive. We reserved a table via zomato before. They have recently curated a brewery of their own inside the premises and asked us to do a taste check. In food we ordered barbecue skewers, beer battered fish, baklava, etc drinks, etc. . Overall the place is very good.

I was here with my colleagues for a small get together. Ambience is good with very loud music. They have large Screens as well to enjoy sports. Service is fast, try there grill fish it's really good. Selection of single malts and beer is limited and basic. They offer hookah as well. Valet parking is available.

Situated in Part st, just beside the Peter Cat, they have both rooftop and inside sitting arrangements. Make sure you reserve the sit beforehand if you are planning to sit outdoor. The music is great, service is fast. Food is good. Will surely visit again.

Olterra is a hidden gem in Park Street. Most of us were aware of old restaurants like Peter Cat, Mocambo and BarBQ. This restaurant is a new one but the service, atmosphere and food are all top notch. Mr. Debnath was looking after us and he is extremely polite and professional. I have rarely seen such a decorative restaurant and you will be amazed by the greek style decoration. Worth taking pictures and videos. They have a rooftop area where you sit and enjoy dining in. The restaurant is spacious and quite a number of cushion seats are available too. They have a valet parking option which is allowed from 5 pm. You have to pay at a rate of Rs 40/hour if you come before 5 pm and the security will help you park your car. You are not allowed to bring mineral water from outside and the mineral water will cost you Rs 200 excluding GST. Live music will start from November through January, is performed at the balcony area. Otherwise, the restaurant background music is soothing and not loud, you can bring kids there as well. We ordered the items below : Ajwaini fish tikka (must try), nazaqati boti kebab(must try), chicken and cheese momo, thai basil chicken, honey and hoisin Bao and a few more. Among the mocktails : Beat the heat, Pomme and Fennel, Essence. Pizza i would recommend: Tuscan delight. The kebabs are highly recommended. They have recently started their own brewery and first request you to taste 5 different types of beer and serve the one you choose from them. Overall, we had a gret experience at Olterra and would definitely love to come back!!

This place has some amazing ambience. Food and service was also good. Outdoor seating area was also awesome.

the ambience was good and a refreshing atmosphere but the staff and food quality was pretty bad. we ordered two pizzas and six mocktails, both the pizzas tasted pretty average and two mocktails were fully bland. the staff seemed friendly at first but were very casual in their serving. we also ordered a firebox and it was nothing just small pieces of fried chicken. would recommend for ambience and totally no for food and drinks.

The experience was great! Food was amazing. Would recommend the pizzas and the beer batter fish. The house beers are a must try. Our server Dipak Debnath was pleasant and helpful. Beautiful ambiance and great music! Outdoor seating was bright and delighful during the day and lit up into hues of orange in the evening. A 10/10 experience.

It is recommended to visit and experience Olterra! . First of all, their ambiance was just "wallah"! Suddenly, you skip the hub-bub of Kolkata and enter an entirely different arena full of Greek vibes. . A perfect combination of a modern yet authentic fine dining place where you can enjoy a couple sitting, family dining, friend's hangouts, or a rooftop experience as well. Literally, it would make anyone have a great experience, and the lighting and music just set your mood yaar. . Then their manner of reception and attentive service were on point. . Next, when it comes to their food, they have a wide array of cuisines you can choose from. We ordered: . Mocktails : Passionate Essence . (Each of them was refreshing, but the flavours were a little light, i.e., the taste could have been better.) . Food : Beer-bartered fish (Highly Recommended) Murgh Rozzli Kebab Honey & Hoisin Chicken Bao . All of them were extremely tasty, had a unique taste, and were perfectly cooked. . Atlast just gonna say that you should visit Olterra at least once to get a wonderful experience!

Amazing place with very good food! Mr Santu kr Bera was extremely polite and helped us through the menu along with their manager. They have launched their new home brewed beers and offered us a free beer tasting which was very good.

Said it off the internet and will say it on the internet, this is the classiest lounge of Kolkata. With amazing ambience, great decor and a beautiful rooftop. Staff are amazing especially the one who assisted my table, Mr. Sankar.

This place has the best food and the greatest service. It's one of the best cafes in Park Street. They have a very warm service with staffs who really try their best in serving the customers. The waitresses are super sophisticated and very well mannered. We were served by Subho Debnath who looked after every need of ours. They also customised some food according to our choice and served us. The service is super fast. Coming to the food, they have the tastiest pizza. The portion is very good as compared to the price and so is the taste. The cocktails are super tasty. The ambience is very classy with music. They also have an outdoor facility. The best Italian cafe in Park Street. An amazing experience. Will visit again shortly.

What a place! They have an extensive menu with a good number of options for both veg and non-veg diners. The cocktail menu is really good. A little costly for main-course, but offers a lively, exciting ambience. Easily the best place for a day out with friends.

This is a very good place for dinner... It is like a night club area .... The seating arrangement is also good as you can sit inside and even outside . The ambience is lovely and there is also a live band happening right in front of you while you are enjoying your meal .. A bit expensive , but the food was really good . We had a Tuscan pizza And a smoked box with cola , ginger al , and Fresh lime soda . Would recommend others to try ! . 😄

Absolutely Amazing Place. From live music to the food they served was absolutely mind-boggling. We had ordered Mexican Rice which was a 4/5 just be prepared that it is something on the tangy side. Next we ordered was their recommended dessert that is the chocolate hazelnut mousse which was really good. A solid 4.5/5. It had the filling of chocolate with hazelnuts and the creamy nutty texture was something to die for. Overall I enjoyed this place although it's a bit pricey but you can atleast give it a try once.

Went out with friends on a Sunday. The place is nice. The decorations are pretty. Now the The food is average, nothing extraordinary. But, service is quick. The staffs are very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the 2.5 hours er spent there. I'd say of you are going out with friends you can choose the indoor seating but if you are going on a date and actually want to have some conversations choose a table outside as the music inside is too loud. PS. I didn't like the tall chairs to be honest. I am pickey about my chairs 😅 and here.. I didn't like them.

Very good place with wonderful vibes and decors. The ambience will make you calm and will make you dance at the same time. Food quality is really good and not that costly too. We ordered Bao and Pizza. Bill not more than 900₹ for 2. The bartender also seems to be very much skilled. Staffs are very much helpful. However age limit is 21+. A good place to enjoy after office.
