Cordial staff and good place for quick and in-person meeting

I love this place♥️ Very clean and cool, wonderful service and lovely meals. The ambience isn't the greatest compared to their other locations but the staff are most definitely the best in any artcaffé I've been to. Very pleasant and ready to help. Beautiful, quite and clean. Most delicious cakes. Located inside thé kitengela Mall on the ground floor. Very ideal for meetings. I really enjoy the ambiance and the beautiful lights.

Absolutely a great place. Perfect goods, great staff, beautiful accommodation. Non-smokers terrace and smokers terrace. Along Mombasa Road in a nice new mall.

I work from home, but opted for something different today. Initial idea was cyber but remembered I had seen Artcafe. I decided to give it a shot. I can't really complain. I'm glad I went there. I will definitely make it a habit since I'm new around. The ambience, service and even coffee was perfect. The have good music too, played at optimum volume. Keep it up.

Ambience is good. Family friendly. Prompt service. Bridgette served us so well. Spacious enough for a get together.

The breakfast was superb. As usual, the presentation is unique and appealing. The early opening hours are very convinient and the Cafe setting is conducive to a quick business meeting too!

It's very quiet. A nice place for a date or meetings. The food is good, but it's little, in my opinion.

Not sure what was my servers’ issue; maybethe mans had an attitude and took forever to attend to my daughter and I. My daughter ordered the texas burger which looked so delicious and came in hot, I appreciate that. I ordered the Chicken Agliolio; they said topped with Parmesan cheese, that was not a topping maybe more like a pinch. someone with a more refined taste pallet will enjoy it. Overall experience was not so bad, I wish my server was nicer, but the cocktails made it better. I got two cocktails for the price of one and I ordered two different drinks.

My experience was far from satisfactory I ordered English Breakfast but Both the sausage and beef bacon were clearly stale. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of both the waiter and the manager, no action was taken to rectify the situation or address my concerns. I believe that when customers pay a premium for their meals, they should receive fresh and high-quality food in return. Unfortunately, my experience today did not align with these expectations.

Been here severally now and I'd recommend ordering beverages and pastries especially the almond croissant . Those are always on point, the food tho 😭 it has been a miss every time

Can you imagine ! On tuesday morning we have stop for breakfast at 8 am at Kitenguela art cafè! We came in ,we seat and then a lady came to tell us :sorry we cant serve you we are not ready! It was a mess in the restaurant nobody was ready! Does that mean bisness!?? So wecwent out whith no breakfast and no where to go for it in Kitenguela!

Kitengela branch is a joke! Deliverly is poorly handled pizza arrived cold and hard as a rock. Whoever takes in orders is so clueless and ought not to be in customer service. Dont even try expensive for nothing!

It's in a great location, poor customer service and above, beware they charge $50 for two spoons of honey.

The place was good. Clean and spaceous. The waiters were very friendly and responsive. The terrace is good for basking in the evening sun. The meals were great but pricey as usual. The general standards expected of an Art Caffe were demonstrated inspite of the location being different from where the typical Artcaffe is located on Nairobi.

I ordered takeout via bolt and when I called to complain about the order they denied saying the food was not from the establishment. This is not an isolated incident , takeout from this branch is always off (in my experience)

Used to be a great place with great food. In recent months the food is not as great. The fish is not fresh. Quite dissapointing especially for a resident like myself. Never the less the coffee is v good and ambience is cool.

This was my first time coming here and I had a great time at this location! We had an employee named Agnes who helped me and took care of all of my needs and was very polite and professional. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go here!

I liked the tranquility while I worked all day from here. The waiters would come to check on me when needed. I enjoyed the mocha and BBQ chicken sandwich with fruit salad. The WiFi is great too.
