The service that I got was classic . The massage and hairstyling was mind-blowing.I appreciate the Staff who did these , if I am not wrong her name was Shanty. She had a professional touch in what ever she serviced. And also i would like to appreciate the Staff who welcomed me at the reception. She was very much welcoming and pleasant. Just to add by I had to wait around 20-30 minutes to get started due to the meeting and cleaning process . And also the ambience while entering the parlour i.e , the area for hair cutting and eyebrow threading is not quite commendable But when we go into the hair wash or massage area it's once again classy. Since the facial rates are higher , i thought I would be experiencing something different while or after my facial would be done. But it was nothing much different from what other parlours could give. But Shanty's service was the highlight. Overall it was good and i will definitely recommend Lyra.

I went to do a Balayage. Waseem did an amazing job with my hair. My sister did streaks and she was taken care off by Shanty and Akhil. We spent almost 8 hours at the salon (for different services including hair coloring). Shanty, Waseem, Archana and Reena and Kshema made us feel home. We are extremely happy with the services we received. All kudos to the amazing staff.

Extremely disappointing service. Keratin treatment was not done properly. Post 1 week after hair wash my hair has turned normal. It lasted only for 1 week, very unprofessional service. Never ever will recommend this to anyone. Total waste of money.

Worst experience. I went for a hair cut and waxing service with prior booking. Still had to wait for long. And the hair cut service was very pathetic. They literally ruined it. Even the texture of my hair is altered. Waxing was done by an inexperienced person. Will never recommed to anyone.

I would give zero stars if I could. They did the exact opposite of what I wanted. And the least they could do is have hairdressers that understand the language. I can forgive not knowing Malayalam but they didn’t understand English either and asked me to speak in Hindi. Never going back there again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

I recently had a service here and found them to be average. A notable aspect was the lack of attention to detail during the procedure. For instance, it was surprising that the staff did not cover my eyes with cotton, which is a standard practice considering the sensitivity of the eyes. I would like to advise the staff to incorporate this step for future customers. Additionally, a heads-up before applying steam or spray near the mouth would greatly enhance the customer experience. For me even 2 hour after the procedure I was having a burning sensation in my eyes. Also the attitude of the staff was very unprofessional.Overall, while the service was just satisfactory.

Its a nice experience for me from lyra. I had done botox treatment for hair. I really enjoyed their service. Vasim for his excellent service It was a long time procedure so I was not bored at all..
