    Located in main service road so easy to commute and recognize this place even in heavy traffic. Sales and service available here. At the time of purchase they will give you full respect after that they won't. Staff are not polite. Need to improve the maintainence. Service is not up to the mark. Parking facility available but less space.

    All time worst experiences from day one with Renault Vijayawada by Aruna motors Vijayawada Mr. Vamsi service consultant and Ms. Swati Customer Relationship Manager faced worst experience with them in 2nd service of my car and for this Renault showroom not required single star and i am rating only -0

    Worst customer care. Shweta- Sales Person too rude. Don't think she really wants to be in Renault or in Customer Service. She called me and spoke very rudely. God save such customer service. Wish Renault betters this. Really wish.

    Good staff. Had a wonderful experience when i went to the showroom. Staff explained me everything completely about the car which i want to buy. I bought Renault kwid. Everything went soo cool.

    Worst and Absolutely zero co-ordination between teams here. They are like you go and talk to other departments and we are not responsible. Had to get some accessories fixed and the service team is like we are not responsible pls go and deal with them yourself.. when there is no coordination between different sections in your showroom it will never excel.. for a customer it has to be one unit and he should not be bothered about talking to multiple teams.. No proper service advisor is present. Someone who has absolutely zero knowledge of the vehicle comes and takes your vehicle for service. Worst after sales and service from Renault Vijayawada..

    Worst service ever, back camera bend not restored, additional labour charge added in 3rd free service and added unnecessary charges and perfume, dashboard cleaning whichi they added after doing arguments they removed some charges, they even charged for floor paper and seat cover and steering cover for protection. Camera tilt problem not restored (problem from the date of purchase). Worst behavior of staff.

    Worst service you could ever imagine and worst repairs of car ever face. People simply play blame game to push on other side, cars abruptly stops on road saying engine fault/ charging fault. First free services are just for name sake. And that toll free number is another worst number which would never work. If you have options choose best.

    I had a good experience with Aruna Renault team. I had purchased Renault kiger and I’m fully satisfied with the services offered by them. The sales and service team helped in every aspect from the time of booking to the time of delivery. Especially sales team Mrs. Rajasri service is remarkable. She gave continuous updates and clarified all doubts about vehicle and offered test drive. Very nice experience with all team.

    Worst service ever, fake billing and fake parts replacement. Need to get service done at other service centre after getting serviced at this Failed to show cc footage and denied to deliver vehicle after fake billing and fake parts Renault have to interfere with this sc.     Customer service is excellent service advisor is in constant touch giving updates and estimation of cost . Gave 4star because they are charging extra for credit card nothing wrong with the service advisor. But management should consider for not charging extra amount for credit card payment which is illegal
