Customer support is very bad and employees are jot working proper everybody is enjoying over there and there is no value for customer time. No employees are there in the cash counters. Have taken only these items waited for 1hourtobill

Everything is nice and the place is good as it is always... There are some major changes that were going on and I think there redesigning some parts in the mall, the movie area is as it is always.. and I went for a movie there... The speakers way too cool and I enjoyed a lot the loo is well sanitized so as the whole mall. Many of the shops like massagers and fish treatment and a fenci shop were removed.. and I think they are planning different. The service at movies is nice and I like it. The food that's at the compound has a average taste and the Chinese dishes are not really Chinese. The food can be improved I guess. Besides that everything is good.

Good place with cheap prices. I can assure we can spend a quality timing in shopping. We can find anything we need for daily or Homeneeds. It is also a mall we can go for Cinema Where 5 screens are available. We can find food 🍴🍕🍔 Court. But no place seating to eat. Parking facility is available for 2 & 4 wheeler. Good place for family visiting. Quality time can be spent. Billing will take time.

Theatres here are probably the best at the moment in guntur. D mart is great too with wide variety of choices. Reliance trends here is very big with lots a choices. Overall a great place. Only draw back is the place where its located, too congested due to the exhibition grounds infront of it.

Almost all the household items are available at affordable prices. Free parking is available only if items are purchased and have a bill. If you are going with a vehicle make sure to get a dmart stamping on the parking bill. Otherwise you have to pay parking fees. The waiting time at the bill desk is very high almost all the time. It would've been good if they utilized the bills desks available on other floors instead of making people wait in queue instead leaving them unused. Make sure all the items that you purchase will have a sales tag or QR code. Otherwise at the bill counter the billing person will not process the item to bill and asks you to go and get a new item which will be very inconvenient as you would've already spent a lot of time and going back all the way back multiple floors would be very challenging. No free carry bag will be provided. It's good to bring your own carry bag otherwise you have to pay the amount for the carry bag

Occupied in a small space, Dmart Guntur is just an average place to visit. All though the collection is good and just like every other Dmart, it is always crowded because of less space.

Dmart is the place for everything you need for your house and office and your workplace. It has grocery for house hold and many more things for the home from kitchen to garden. You can have multiple items that you can choose from. It has ice cream and pop corn station outside the dmart

On 05.08.2023 I am standing in the billing que line at counter no.12, and Billing counter employee has not done his duty properly and very neglected and rude behaviour and don't follow the basic rules. Neglecting the customers in queue line his making bills of persons who don't come in line or don't follow discipline in store. After complaining management he put innocent face. Very bad experience. Waste management. Suggestion: Train your employee about how to do the job or don't recruit person s like on duty personnel at counter no 12 on dt.05.08.2023 at 12.15 pm. Thank you.

The two star review is solely for the parking staff behaviour. Actually shopped at Reliance Trends in the same Building. Was new to the place and didn't know that the parking was maintained by the D Mart people. They provide with a parking slip for the amount of 30/- for one hour. And no further instructions. I've parked at the designated parking area. And the person at the parking said get a stamp on the parking slip that's it. So , I've finished my shopping at Trendz and was leaving showing the parking slip at the exit my cousin was driving and I was sitting behind him. The parking guy who has to check has caught my hand as if we were fleeing after a robbery for 30/- parking fee where we were slowing down to stop the vehicle and make the payment after understanding that it's free parking if we shop at D-Mart in that for the rest we have to pay the parking fee. Pathetic behaviour by the staff.

It's a good place for shopping but you'll have to stand in line for minimum 30min in line for billing ! Actually the problem is that it's not that big d Mart but public from all over city comes here for shopping that's why there's too much rush .. no problem with the shopping but with the billing yes ..., Also lifts are full every time if you have so much time to waste than its okay otherwise I'll recommend you stairs and on Sunday it's more rushfull ! And let's come to the main point I don't like about it they'll charge rs30/40 for a bag 🛍️ so please don't forget to carry a bag with you if you don't wanna waste ur money .. Hell of the Dmart. Accessibility is horrible. It's in a shopping mall where customers must pay 30 rupees for parking . First of its kind for Dmart. There is no direct approach road internally. It's hell when you have heavy bags and you need to get it to your vehicle from the ground floor. The other businesses won't let you take the vehicle near the railings to pick up. I never saw such idiotic location where you get looted.

Charging for parking is good.( For movies) But charging for parking shopping is the worst this D Mart had only limited items better shop some where else rather than here. 30 rupees for parking is too much

Very bad behavior of the staff ...they are just chit chatting with the people in the trail room ....2 to 3 ppl were going into the trail room....each person is taking more than 20 min ...even though we have waited for 20 min even then the staff are saying nothing..and asking to wait...what's this? Each person inside of the trail room taking 20 min and what others who are having single dress in hand should do??? Wait for them until they trail all the shop and come out?

D Mart guntur is one of the best buy things here. It is located beside Naaz Centre. Here you can get all of your home needs. With low cost. All types of home appliances and kitchen appliances daily use items you can get here in this Mart top floor Cinima screens also here. Okay great experience with this D Mart must visit and get what you want about all of your home needs.

Very congested. Frustrating billing queues. Usually I avoid going to DMart due to billing queues. I am not sure if it's their strategy to show that store is always busy... However I see it as poor management of customers crowd.

Kind of good place to shop for daily consumables and groceries. We cannot allowed to replace the item once the billing is over when u picked up wrong size clothing due to oversight or something. As this is the personal experience I experienced today

Parking they give receipt so if we buy we should have stamp on it no need to pay. But some staff are not giving receipt they said go and park while going they will ask money even we so that we sell 10000/- they don't care .they will ask recept if we say they hadn't give if they mistake they will say its our problem. ..what the hell is this if mechain not work they have to be responsible but they will behave rude. This kind of thinks will be damage repetition of store.
