I don't have a peaceful journey as 2 other lady passengers were made to sit along with me at morning 3am due to poor condition of bus, leaking AC (as mentioned). I'm a doctor, expected to sleep atleast for few hours before reaching my hospital, as I have night duty that day, but this was hindered and was really upset with the services.

They recently shifted thier office to this location. Looks like a bus repairing service centre. No office kind of set up is there. Just a Morning Star Representative with Computer and Printer. Few seating chairs available. No facilities like office room, passengers waiting room and wash rooms. Drinking water is available. Need to improve facilities to provide comfort and safety to the passengers. All are feeling uncomfortable and unsecure.

Very very bad services . Driving is in worst condition. Need to improve ur services because it's really in worst condition. If u people ignoring the reviews one day u will be in a great loss.

Rude driver, they did not provide a water bottle and did not open the boot, where my bottle is in luggage. Booked dropping point till Pattabhipuram, but pick up auto left us at busstand. Earlier service used to be nice, but now standards have fallen drastically.

No blinds. They charged 1400 and this is how 12 hours journey going to be. Drivers stop in the middle of the road and get random people in to the bus to make personal money and they never reach destinations on time. Such a pathetic morons. Try to avoid this travels.

Bus was in perfect condition, driver is professional, but the way via sathenapalli to Hyderabad is worst and had a bad experience for 30-40kms because of not having multi axel functionality upto mark as per those roads

I usually travel from Guntur to Bangalore mostly in morning star. I have one Awful experience with seat heating in the last lower berth, I raised ticket for this issue and no one contacted me back to know about the issue.

Iron Beeding Was Damaged In Your Bus. With That Passenger Is Wounded. Response Is Very Poor. Bus Is Not In Good Condition. It Is Repaired Yesterday In Morning Star Shed. Service Is Very Poor. Eventhogh You Are Taking Too Much Fare You Are Not Giving Water. It Is Not Good On Your Part.

Very very worst service.The bus drivers pick up passengers just like auto. It will distrub our sleep and mainly we can not reach destination on time.

One of the worst travels I have ever seen, rude staff, worst bus(website shows Volvo multi axle but they actually provide 90’s old buses without proper seating) , ac doesn’t work, and lot many to say. I would suggest don’t book your travel with Morning star

Worste experience for all morning star travellers. Every busy getting delayed by 1-2hrs at guntur stop. Very bad. Even the waiting hall is without proper ventilation. They don't even provide water bottle in AC bus.

I gave a parcel to send by bus, paid the amount and got LR. Reached home assuming it will reach, after few hours they called and asked me to pay more as the parcel is more valuable otherwise they wont send. Price should be decided before booking and if committed with LR, they should deliver it. Very unprofessional. Not sure if they tried to take advantage of taking more money. Some people will definitely pay based on situation. Lucky I was in town, else could have paid more (without no choice).

Nice buses, but the only problem is, it is far away from the boarding point in guntur, anyhow they provide mini van which it will drop you at the deport point from morning star office near guntur bus stand. If you are non local to guntur, please always go on time otherwise it will be hectic to find the boarding point of your bus.

Un hygienic ...no ac working ..bus came late by a hour ..no response from staff

We travelled yesterday night and the bus was late by 2.5 Hrs, quality and condition of the bus is worst and you cannot even think of it. Worst service.

They offer car till bus stand from their side.

All is ok. But, staff is not polite. Due to work pressure. Even they are shouting to customers also. In reckless manner. Kindly maintain that. It'll take a step ahead.

There are 2 major issues to this place. 1. There is no clean men's washroom facility provided. 2. The pick up van provided from the Guntur bus stand to the morning star office is poorly maintained. The vans are not clean. They are noisy and are very slow. If morning star solves these 2 issues at Guntur office, I hope morning star shall become one of the best bus stations.

This morning I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to guntur and it was a bloody disaster to choose this travels. the given time is 6:55 AM, Bus arrived at 8:05AM, Driver didn't respond for the calls and they didn't pickup even we are in the stop. Some how I contacted travels person and we are boarded in other bus and later moved into the bus we supposed to board. We thought this is over and we left that issue. But it's not over yet, they dropped us in Vijayawada and asked us to go on our own. , Am I mad to buy an AC sleeper class ticket to get us dropped inbetween???? I need explanation for this. Guys please don't trouble yourself booking this travels during this pandemic.

It is better to go at the time of your bus because there is no sitting area there we have stand their up to the bus arrival time, and there you will see some of food preparation centers
