Great hotel with reasonable rates. Ideal for family vacations. They have fantastic, tidy rooms with a lovely atmosphere. Extremely Delicious And Hot Meal. The parking area is excellent. The employees and security are really friendly.

Visited here only once for an engagement and its a good function hall for small parties and small group of people. One bad thing is the dressing room in the party hall is really small and doesn't even have a AC in it. The hotel is really nice both in and out and even the rooms are really nice. You can just look at my pics and tell that. I really liked the unique clock in the room.

Stayed in for couple of days on a trip to Guntur. One of the best hotels in the town I must say. Excellent rooms and service. Great food too Rare to get all at one place. Big well done to the management on that part. Definitely visit again.

My son forgot his IPad. We called 3 hrs after checking out. They claimed they cannot find it and it wasn’t there. Tracking showed last location in Hotel. We ended up reporting as lost. It took a lot of effort to get help from staff. Rooms were clean and overall a decent place to stay.

Restaurant is awesome in ambience. I had my breakfast here. for food, i am done with only 20 marks. As far as breakfast is concerned, Idly, dosa, poori is remarkably worst in taste, service crockery and not at all HOT. I don't know about Lunch & Dinner. Its must to change breakfast mode.

Very casual attention on guests and poor hospitality. Our Room Interial is good but room is full of COCKROACHS. After informing they shifted to another room but that room too with COCKROACHES. During our stay one evening , soiled colored mud water supplied in wash rooms. We got severe skin allergy on that day. So Next day morning we vacated. Pillows and blankets are stinking a lot. They are very slow in attending the complaints and no regrets on their lack of hospitality.When we questioned, they gave discount on bill to satisfy. We checked in as a healthy persons and checked out as unhealthy. And also In restaurant to get a glass of water ,we need to wait lot of time and they are so casual in giving glass of water.. very Poor hospitality.we decided not to go this hotel again. Eventually we informed all this to management and they assured next time it won't happen like this. Management is ok but staff needs to be trained well.

The owner and the banquet manager were messing up clearly and lack customer handling skills. Very poor behaviour with women customers and behaving like lord infront of them while they only appeared cheap. This review is in specific to banquet service that we availed. We were enquiring multiple hotels in Guntur and Vijayawada and each were saying all the terms of pricing and minimum count. Due to distance, we chose this although we liked something in Vij. They didn't mention the minimum count per party and we paid the advance. After that, they were asking us to pay 100 people count price for banquet while we clearly mentioned from day 1 it's a small party of 50 people. Why didn't they mention before paying advance and they should have said "Not possible" for 50 people. Another thing - They mentioned two prices to me and my friend (600 Rs and 700 Rs to her for two variants of menus) and 650 Rs and 750 Rs to me for same menus in the same week. When we met the owner, his behaviour was extremely poor instead of sorting out the issue. They wanted me to pay for 100 count (they didn't intimate 100 was minimum before or during payment of advance which they should have clearly) although the party was 50 people, the owner didn't resolve the issue. The owner and banquet manager were feeling as if only they own and have a hotel in the world, that's the funniest part. Not a self made man nor decent behaviour either by the owner and banquet manager. Inherited stuff exhibited with poor behaviour with women customers. I wouldn't recommend nor host there again. I would go with something decent in Vijayawada or Guntur next time, definitely not them again!!

In guntur one of the best places for Taste of the food. All iteams from 🍲 soups, starters and main course are yummy 😋. But accordingly the cost is also more compared to other restaurants in guntur. The service and ambience is also so good.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Clean and hygienic rooms. Bed was so comfortable. Clean lines, clean wash rooms. Every thing was super clean and hygienic hotel staff was so friendly.

Super duper slow …. Got table by 930 PM, soup by 10, starters by 1030 and half of main course by 11. It was almost 12 by the time we finished. At least 15 reminders asking to deliver the order. Do I need to tell anything else about their great hospitality i🤷🏼‍♂️🙏🏼

Food was not good and the oil is dripping in all the sabzis and also Biryani . Never saw such oil in a biryani . We expected a lot with the food but it never met our expectation.

Third class staff and management. Even Not having a serially numbered complain book for guest to raise their complaints. TV is placed but having only regional channels. No English or Hindi channels are there and asking for Rs.100 per channels. Very bad experience at the hotel. Three star category is 100% manipulated as the hotel is not having a single amenities other than room.

Not a great experience... Unlike earlier times restaurant is full n we were asked to wait in the lobby and we didn't get any call and other who walked in took the table ahead of us. No designated person/system to manage wait line and anyone can face same experience when they walk-in..... Food is not bad neither great....

One of the top options around guntur.rooms are spacious and neatly designed.

Hotel rooms are relatively good, but mostly because of it being a new property. The food here is the worst I have had in entire Andhra Pradesh. Even the stall outside serve better food. And to top it all, they have printed a large menu with more than 100 items. But at any given point of time, you cannot find more than 10 items available. They have a huge advertisement outside the hotel regarding biryani. And they don’t have biryani available 9 out of 10 times. I would recommend it for stay, but a big no to the food over here.

High quality rooms, the suite was spacious and clean. The aesthetics were awesome. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food! The staff at Annapurna were fantastic, great attitude, helpful, and always available. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was untidy. I've seen lot of dust in the corners and in the windows.We boarded inthe night at dinner time.Didnt have much options in the menu. Had a breakfast the next daywhich was ok.
