Great apartment. Probably one of the best apartment amongst the Toshalis. It's great because I live there (not the other way around). Great open spaces. Underground garage, fully equipped gym, auditorium etc. The only downside is that it's next to Motia d some scary people live on Moti.

Its a nice place to rent a flat in this apartment. This has prominent location and easy to find.

Old building but nice design. Lifts not working. Most of rooms are empty.
