Most important bank in this area

Typical SBI branch; less staff and more public. I can't really blame the staff for the slow service here because they are literally overworked and running on fumes. So if you have an account here and want to get stuff done, please keep an hour or two in hand. Parking is sparse so don't take a 4 wheeler here. Also don't get fooled by the senior citizen help desk behind the bank. It's not for any transaction but only for issuing life certificate.

Near ravenshaw college

My friend does not have a good experience. He has his shop nearby​but his house is 7-8 kms far. The sbi manager denied to open the account. Said you should open your account near your​ home. My friend said he stays in his shop for 12 hrs, this branch would be suitable. Manager still denied. Pathetic...

Nobody picks the calls when you call on the given number. Neither the Branch Manager nor the Regional manager . And i suggest do not use the CDM when you have emergency because they cant fast forward it at any case weather its a medical emergency or any other payment emergency. My money got stuck on 20th and i filed a complaint on 21st and it's 23rd today but they said the report is yet to come and tomorrow is our holiday and i am getting in trouble because i trusted the CDM.
