located in old highway road. very close to potta main highway overbridge. Here the nurses are very helpful and have a kind heart especially gynaecology department. compared to other private hospitals medicine's prescribed here are less costly.

Having good service and they where treating very well. Hospital is well maintained and the rooms and toilets are neat and clean. They are having enough spaces for parking. You can get access here simply. Canteen facilities are also available. It is also clean and having nice food.

We consulted Dr. Sunitha, Gynecologist. We had a bad experience from her. She is not fit for the job. Her behaviour towards the patients is very bad. Talking to patients in a very angry manner. Not even ready to listen to our problem.👎

This hospital offer parking facilities for doctors and patients. They provide stretchers and wheelchair for the patients. This hospital is one of the best hospital in chalakudy.

Its a good hospital run by Christian missionary. The nurses in this hospital are the best. They treat you warmly. They support and help us to maintain and increase our confidence. They treat us like their family. This hospital is less expensive . They do not charge High or make you do unwanted tests or surgery. In delivery cases they try their maximum for normal delivery. They go for a c- section only if there is no other go.

This review is totally for todays experience i had in the hospital.Very dissapointed with the consultation waiting time We booked a prior appointment for my mother was asked to report by 10.00am in the morning after 1hour 45 minutes my mother was called up for a physician consultation he told us that my mother would require a ortho consultation and told you can see now itslef .we went to ortho section the consultant was seeing a patient and denied to see us as we were told that he was going for a surgery . The opd staff in side the ortho op told us if you report back by 2.00 SHARP in the afternoon today you will be able to see the doctor. As we were told that 2.00 sharp we reached there and reported there by 1.45 after 2.30 i asked in the front desk at what time our consultation be and no on told us the approximate waiting time Till 3 clk the doctor didnt come to the op . After 3 doctor came and started seeing other 2-3 pts leaving us behind . We later came back home as we have spend lot of time there .poor time management and lot of waiting time for OP consultation

Very bad behaviour from.the side of hospital staff. They do not have proper system to handle appointments and their staff will scold you for no valid reason. When i called HR to inform this they disconnected the call. No manners. Pls do not go there if you have better options.

Not a good management. There is no preference to those who come directly for the first time. Incase of call booking then we need to call at specific time for booking. Token will be provided to those who have some contacts. Very poor front office staff.

I had terrible experience at this hospital. The staff was rude and unprofessional,mainly the reception section was very cultureless behaviour and the booking time that lady always talking with rude and arrogance words..

Very very bad experience. Especially the woman sitting in booking at the reception they are very bad behaviour.while calling for booking they are not taken the phone..if they are taken they are answering very rudely...if you can possible take immediate action from these problems........

I had a good experience in this hospital.I consulted Dr.Nishu for my pregnancy starting from the 7th month and she is so nice and ready to listen to our problems.The nurses are also very well behaved,especially in the labour room they are giving us full support and strength.Overall my experience was good.
