Though the location, ambience and the entire feel of this cafe is like of a Metro city cafe, but unfortunately the service is very slow. We had to wait for our basic order for an hour and eventually leave as they weren't able to serve us. Also the food either had too much of salt or no salt at all. Also the Manager at reception behaved very rudely with a friend of mine, who was giving him a feedback while checking out. The manager replied " I am into this business for 4 years, don't try to teach me". As soon as we were exiting, the manager started using some abusive language with his staff stating something we didn't bother to listen. I wish the management reads this and get their manager learn manners and etiquettes in handling clients.

Infra is too good But the taste is completely not satisfactory. The veg nudgets cost around 149rs and it's taste was so bad that McCain nudgets seems to be an ok type. 2ndly the cheese corn sandwich and veg masala maggie were faded. Only the peri peri 🍟 were good. Overall it's infra is only good but taste 🥲 I'll prefer caffino for a satisfactory taste.

Manager is an absolutely horrible person. Doesn't know how to speak. Abruptly asks people to leave. Place is a hell for remote workers. Do not come here ever! ( PS, to the restaurant's comment below: First, nobody asked for free food. And secondly, CCTV footages do not record voice. Who are you trying to fool? Making up something false to defend yourself is a horrible thing. You should rather simply apologize.

I had a terrible experience here. The MANAGER was rude and unhelpful, and the food was mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone.They have the worst management who wont agree to you if the food is bad in taste.

Nice place with best food. Must try their sandwiches, and passionfruit mojito. Will definitely visit again. They have many books for you to read while your is being prepared. especially Raj Comics... Instant nostalgic moments.

Its one of the best cafes I had gone yet. Well I travel alot and been in hundreds of cafes but I can consider this cafe one of my best... The Peach beer here was very nice yet so chilled They provide us with stuffs to play if we are with friends, like I went there with my friends we played Jenga And yeah they even have some books to pass time with... Overall their service was good the food was good and they even took a photo a my squad so that they can upload it to their facebook account Overall nice and sweet...

Worst place to visit in bilaspur. Food is good but service is 1 out of 5 . I used to go always but when i visited last time and celebrated my birthday they gave the worst service and even talked with me in a bad way. I am very disappointed .

Their coffee is the best in Bilaspur so far. The ambience of the older location was much better. It had a cozy feel. The new location needs some tweaking. The sound system is way too loud for the place. It gets annoying. The food quality is somewhat same.

It's a nice place with a good ambiance. We ordered french fries and iced tea. The food is a bit too costly charging too much for french fries and the quantity is low and for iced tea it was too sweet. Else the service is fast and there are a lot of books and games that could be played while waiting for your food to come. Also there is plenty of parking space with underground parking and street parking too. There is always a security person to help you out with parking in front of the building. It's a quiet place even after having a busy road in front of it. I can recommend trying it for yourself playing games and reading some books while eating.

This one's my go-to place in Bilaspur, they have all kinds of games which makes it easier to pass time here. Anybody who visits this place must try the coffee, Brewberry serves quite a few varieties of delicious cofee. The food here isn't exceptional, it's as good as any other cafe in Bilaspur.

Beautiful Location. Food quality is good. You must try Peri Peri Fries it was really good and quantity was also enough. Perfect place for photos. And the best part is guitar and books. You can spend time here without getting bore even when you are alone.
