Worst ever package. Never responding, So pathetic service, If you book family trip, never go for it. Never pay full money in advance if you still go for it. They will make you to go behind them for days and finally with no response you will end it up. Often they will say, their sir will call/talk to us, he being such a coward i believe never had guts to call customers for their mistakes. very costly, loot money like any. and worst service

Can't thank enough to tripnetra team, since our train got delayed by 5 hours, and our darshan time was missed, still team after many efforts arranged for tickets for us..Harish from Balu travells was our saviour.. even he was running with us for our tickets.. evry safe and comfortable person to travel.. Hotel was Ok Ok type thank you trip netra for making our journey possible... Best people and service .. definately recommended

Very very poor customer service, first of all their office location on Google map is wrong, misleading. Very poor at communication and there's no sense of time keeping. Their temple tickers are from IRCTC site, so book directly there and take taxi to Tirumala temple and start your day for darshan on much better mood. Avoid trip netra.

worst experience this company just scam people by offering different place in packages and at the time of trip they cancel many place visits by telling any reasons such as road conditions are not good and etc and also very expensive bookings just usless to book on the visit

Excellent service from the time we boarded the bus until completed the darshan and got on the returning bus. We did not have to wait for more than 5 min anywhere during the entire trip. The driver from TripNetra contacted us many times to find the bus reaching time and picked us right away and drove us to the temple. There was a schedule change because of a darshan cancelled on the original date. The team handled it very well by making necessary arrangements promptly, keeping us informed well in advance after alternatives suggested. They were very receptive and reachable all the time during the trip. If at all, I would point out one negative .. which is about the quality of the bus. It is an AC and sleeper but looked old and unclean. Leaving that minor issue, we enjoyed our trip thoroughly and would like to thank the entire team for their excellent planning and great service, for making our darshan easier with few clicks in their website. Hats off folks! Thank you!

Worst, Pathetic, poor Service, false statements are just the words that can describe tripnetra. Pathetic service given by them. They charge you for 2 temple visits but end up with just taking to a single temple providing reason that the road work is going on. Worst people are there as customer service executive in tripnetra. Once u pay your money no one will listen to your word's.I would Highly recommend not to be pay your money to such scammes.

We booked our trip to tirupati balaji from tripnetra and it was a wonderful experience. Their drivers were good and even the guide at the mandir was very helpful we did our darshan at mandir within the time slotted by them. I personally recommend them to all, their service is awsome. We had no problem at all. Whatever they say they fulfill it. Thank you tripnetra because of u we were able to do the darshan .hope we book more trips thru u thank you

Hell all this is a total fraud i booked tickets for tirupati tirumala dharshan they confirmed the ticket and given the date but I did not receive any official TTD TICKET and then I called the customer service number given in website they did not answer and i checked the Google and there I called the same and said asked for refund they say cancellation charges apply but also they did not refund and also not replying properly Please don't not book hotel or dharshan. All please report and block.

Great experience with Tripnetra travel agency, I am giving 5 stars for their service,because they are very friendly guide me through out my journey.i don't know anything about tirupati,i frequently call them to clarify my queries and they answered all my queries patiently.They are helps me from darshan to accomodation and the driver also so polite and respectful, because I came with my parents who are senior citizens,we are able to finish this trip successfully thanks.keep doing well.

WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT GO WITH TRIPNETRA- TIRUPATHI DHARSAN PACKAGE FROM MADURAI. Not dropping at proper point. Rude behaviour of driver. NO BREAKFAST AND NO LUNCH. DHARSAN ALSO THEY GIVE 300RS. DHARSAN TICKET. I CAN'T GIVE EVEN ONE STAR IN THIS... SIMPLY WASTE SERVICE.
