An amazing bridge hidden between giants! The access is from the village through hiking about 15-20 minutes, otherwise now is possible from the road as it has only a small part of dirty road accessible from every car

Magnificent cobblestone bridge in front of the gorge of Portitsa, Grevena. During the summer months the crystal clear waters of Venetikos river are shallow enough to walk along the gorge and admire the marvelous nature. The bridge is accessible via car through a picturesque road in the forest and via walking along a traditional trail from the village of Spilaion, offering breathtaking views to the valley.

Beautiful old Stone bridge, situated at the entrance to the dramatic Portitsa Gorge. I recommend wearing water shoes and hiking up the river into the gorge for spectacular views. The rocks in the river bed can be slippery so some care is needed.

This bridge was a fun place to stop! The gorge is 600 m long, 200 m deep, and 5-50m wide. The water is a little less than knee high. Take your shoes off, roll up your pants and walk through the gorge! It’s beautiful.

One of the most beautiful places I've visited in Greece so far. It's well worth the drive to go and see. The only downside is that I was unable to explore the valley you can see from the bridge.

Awesome location. The gorge and the bridge make stunning scenery! Must visit places in Greece. Now easy accessible the road is tarmac.

Beautiful nature. You can come by car or walk to here from Spilaio. Walk in the river through the canon is amazing. Very nice place to chill in near by cafe.

A walk to remember. Breathtaking views, easy to walk around, lots of places to stop, enjoy the nature and rest.

I'm sure the bridge is spectacular, but for some reason, Google maps took us down an unpaved road on the opposite side of the river than a paved road. We made it in our small SUV, but the path across the river was under too much water to try and cross. If your map brings you on this unpaved, rock and dirt road, don't try it. Look for another way.

Amazing scenery! You can swim too, if you have your swimsuit with you and you’re not visiting in the winter probably: )
