Talking at normal conversation volume and music from my iPhone was to "loud". Receptionist desk called to quiet down. Privacy invaded. Didn't feel good. Walls have no insulation or whatsoever. At the checkout we paid more with foreign currency because apparently dollar to lek is 1:1. Didn’t want to argue and left. One thing for sure is that I’ll never come back. Disappointed as it was a beautiful neoclassical building

My visit to Korce, Albania turned into an unexpectedly delightful experience when I stumbled upon this hidden gem. Initially, we had come to this place solely for drinks, but the warm and welcoming host revealed that they also had a restaurant. Intrigued, we decided to place an order, and we were in for an unforgettable treat. The restaurant seamlessly blends modernity with tradition, creating an atmosphere that feels like a spiritual sanctuary. The standout dish for me was the beef carpaccio, which was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. It's safe to say that it's the best beef carpaccio I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. Great hotel and lots of fun to see, rooms are perfect, the restaurant is the best , the staff is always nice and great, the sauna is amazing the building offers you a nice atmosphere, the best for relaxing… I just like everything , is like a place where you miss, will always go back there…

What can I say?! My first experience of a wellness hotel in Albania und IT truly was amazing. The staff is so nice and fit well with the whole zen idea. The room was special (although one of the rooms didn't have a toilet door, which I'm glad it wasn't mine). The shower was great and overall very clean and comfy. The wellness area was well thought of, but the air was not suitable for allergies like myself. It was very warm and no windows for air change. Anyway the sauna was perfect. Breakfast was a delight, cappuccino was the best, omelette as well. To sum up, I could relax in the hotel, while eating good and being only a few steps away from the city centre. Just perfect! Keep up the great job!

Staff was very responsible, kind, ready to fulfill any requests. Young and nice. Perhaps this was the most notable thing.

Beautiful hotel, great service with an incredible breakfast spread. The rooms are nicely equipped and the bathroom was huge. Busy cafe and restaurant. We also had dinner here and the food/service were superb. Highly recommend it.

This place was very nice indeed, the hotel and service also great. But the breakfast was kind of disappointing. I was there with the family around 10 o'clock in the morning and there was almost nothing to eat/ drink besides the fruits. I think that we payed a lot for the suite so a decent breakfast would have been a must in this case. I hope they'll fix this little problem, because the rest was really great!!

I stayed 5 days. The experience was great! Big room and bathroom. Very very clean. Polite and friendly personnel. Excellent food with high quality and great taste! The opened bar services cocktails in a beautiful garden! Laundry is also excellent and very fast!

Nice drinks. Nice setting. Professionals food design in black and white (stripes). Great service indeed: we had two gin tonic, 4 glasses of white wine for about 12 euros. Furthermore we got for free two huge tasty bruschetto with a lot of fresh tomatoes and feta. Just a great experience.

A comfortable hotel. Room was good, large bathroom. Bed comfortable, Had tea and coffee making facilities which haven't been in other hotels I have stayed at in this region. Breakfast was fine. Excellent meal for dinner in the restaurant.

Gorgeous hotel with nice design touches. Nice patio bar and a delicious restaurant. Breakfast was great with a big spread and eggs made to order. Easy parking on the street. A/C didn't work so well but that seems to be fairly common in Albanian hotels. Would honestly go back to Korce just to stay at this hotel!

Such a pretty place with probably the most comfortable bed and pillows ever! Clean, comfortable and stylish. It is a shame though that you do not pay enough attention to your staff. Last year when I stayed at your hotel the girl that served breakfast had a cold and standoffish vibe. Anyway, that can be understandable sometimes. What I found completely unacceptable though was the rude behaviour of the waiter at your cafe, on the 19th of September this year. So impatient and acted annoyed if asked about a product. The worst experience with a waiter that I have ever had! (Sth to be expected in Vlora, not in Korca 🤦🏼‍♀️)

The room was spacious clean and with everything one needs to have a comfortable stay. the staff was very nice. The front desk lady was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was perfect and our family of four was very happy. Thank you for making our stay in Korça comfortable
