not
impressed
by
the
lack
of
communication,
professionalism
or
non
existent
ethics
of
the
person
answering
the
reviews
of
the
clients.
I
was
not
expecting
the
reception
lady
too
be
a
mind
reader.
She
asked
me
twice
to
pay
in
cash
with
a
rude
face
and
voice
(
if
that's
your
daily
natural
face,
I'm
sorry
for
the
comment
)
and
twice
i
said
credit
card
(
the
reason
for
me
as
an
Albanian
is
very
clear
why
)
So
we
did
pay!
About
the
not
true
things
I've
said
about
your
hotel
and
apparently
you
say
this
too
every
costumer
(
anyone
can
see
just
by
scrolling
through
the
reviews
)
everything
i
said
it's
just
what
i
witnessed
my
self
during
my
unpleasant
stay.
Thank
you
for
taking
time
to
answer
and
explain
that
my
point
of
view
for
your
hotel
is
wrong
and
purely
subjective.
I
would
advise
otherwise
like
for
example
take
a
breath
and
type
slowly
so
you
don't
do
mistakes
on
your
writing,
or
maybe
just
be
professional
and
start
doing
things
right...
