Im not impressed by the lack of communication, professionalism or non existent ethics of the person answering the reviews of the clients. I was not expecting the reception lady too be a mind reader. She asked me twice to pay in cash with a rude face and voice ( if that's your daily natural face, I'm sorry for the comment ) and twice i said credit card ( the reason for me as an Albanian is very clear why ) So we did pay! About the not true things I've said about your hotel and apparently you say this too every costumer ( anyone can see just by scrolling through the reviews ) everything i said it's just what i witnessed my self during my unpleasant stay. Thank you for taking time to answer and explain that my point of view for your hotel is wrong and purely subjective. I would advise otherwise like for example take a breath and type slowly so you don't do mistakes on your writing, or maybe just be professional and start doing things right...

The room was extremely dirty. I am not a picky person and it was genuinely grim. The mattress should have been thrown out years ago too as it was heavily bowed. Worst was the very grumpy person on hotel reception who told us that there was no bus to Gjirocastra the next day - which was very unsettling for us, and inconvenient, and not true! The bar though is very nice and worth a visit.

In the centre of Korce city. Close to the bazaar which has many places to eat and enjoy typical Albanian food. Parking can be difficult. Staff are friendly. Has a lounge bar that has a good view and provides a nice meeting place.

Pool very cold water. Chek in time too late. Room very clean and very beautiful view

The room management is the worst, we drove from Tirana to here and when we where about to park a guy told us that somebody else has taken the room and we had to stay to chappy small apartment and most of my family slept on the couch. I hope they fix that problem and please put first people and then the money , thanks for the amazing holiday here 😀(ironic)

A very good hotel and in the center of the city. The suite I got very nice and big. The environment was very warm and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Very polite staff.

We visited the hotel in Dec 2022. The hotel is right next to the Panoramic Tower (or Red Tower). The location is awesome, with nearby restaurants, Cathedral and other attractions. The hotel is quite old and maintenance is passable. Room has minimal facilities. There is no phone. Wifi was interruptive and weak. The hotel has a temperature controlled pool which was quite enjoyable. Few public parking spaces are available outside assigned for the hotel visitors. This could get difficult during peak times. Breakfast spread was nice. In summary a decent hotel.

Nice xmas decor outside and inside the hotel. Helpful staff, clean and warm rooms. What i liked most was the deodorant of air freshner everywhere. Never seen it elsewhere

Warm place, I loved the pool and the big room with view

We had 2 types of rooms - deluxe one for parents and twin for child & grandma. Both were beautiful rooms, very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was very central and near all main attractions.

Hotel in the center with parking which is a plus. The swimming pool is paid additionally, which we were not informed about when booking. The rooms are clean. Sumie breakfast. Expensive. I wasn't with the group. I was with my family privately

We stayed at the hotel one weekend. the hotel was in the city center, 5 minutes away from the bazaar and 5 minutes away from the cathedral. Supermarket and pharmacy 3 minutes away. The room was in very good condition, for two people there was a double bed and a single bed. The room had air conditioner and boiler who were working and it was very warm all the time. There was also tv. The water in the room was very warm. We also frequented the hotel pool and the environment + water was super warm. Breakfast was plentiful. It is worth going.
