It's a lovely place, situated on the hills above the city of Korca. It was a surprise. Everything perfect. The food excellent. I strongly recommend it to everybody looking for something quiet to be in peace with the nature and yourself.

We had a reservation here and as we went there, they had cancelled it supposing that “we did not confirm” when the manager there had called us. Very unprofessional! It is only logical that once we reserve, we will be coming. It is not my obligation to answer your “confirmation” calls, nor call you for a second time to confirm. They decided to cancel because all their tables were full and that was more than obvious. Very unhappy with the situation, will never go again no matter how good everyone think that place is - such things should not be tolerated! Cannot express enough how unhappy I am!

You can not find a better hotel in the Southeast of Albania. Guestlady Fiori speaks good English, the staff is great and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Rooms are like in a palace !

Located outside the city, with a beautiful view at night. Nice, warm hotel, and clean service. However, the quality of the food was not good, it didn't fit at all with the price level and the level of other services it offered.

Super bad service to order something have to say to the waiter 10 times, and most of the things on the menu aren’t available, also food was terrible … would not recommend to anyone.

Didn’t stay at the hotel but judging by the restaurant food and the service it must be good. Really great service and really great food, we had a great experience here, fresh air and beautiful scenery. We were all very pleased with the food and service. Keep it up guys.

Very nice place, quiet, relaxing, clean, comfy! Live music on weekends, friendly staff and very good cuisine too. Only 5 min away from town centre. It would be a 5 star review if had also spa! Nonetheless worth visiting.

Casa Gaçe is the place to go for a get away from busy towns, for nice scenery but mainly for the wonderful customer service. Probably the best in the area.

The restaurant is good , beautiful live music and great atmosphere ... the quality of food for the value of money is a bit expensive ... overall is 👍

Amazing stay with the loveliest staff, very comfortable room and great breakfast and dinner. The view is just spectacular.

Cons: One of the waitresses repeatedly asked for money in the form of tips (he also sat at our dinner table until he got the money). The air conditioner, despite I noticed twice the staff that was not working, was not resolved. Relatively high price for what is offered. Pros: the cleanliness of the rooms, and the breakfast.
