Good place for shopping. It has a good range of stores and you can find pretty much all the things you need. The supermarket is in the basement. There are plenty of washrooms there. There's a terminal just outside where you can take multicabs from, for different parts of the city. All in all, nice mall.

I can stay the whole day here. Its nearby my place and very accessible anywhere. Anything you can buy here as well. Since childhood after school we always go here until the mall closes. I can see a lot of improvement for the pas 5 years that i haven't been here. Now so many shops and restaurant to choose from.

Almost everything is easy to find in one huge building mall the SM City, Ecoland. The establishment is on it's way to expand their mall plant.

They have a wide selection of items you need or want to buy 😁😊 It's definitely a great place to spend money hahahaha Place is big and spacious. The crowd is not "cramped" and have ample room to roam the mall hehe The sales staff are also friendly and accommodating. They really know (or have an inkling of) where everything in the mall is placed. Hehehe I actually came here barely hoping to buy travel ear plugs (which are not available in other malls), and I was not disappointed. Kudos to SM department store management and staff for great customer service!!! Location is very accessible too. There are also a lot of stores inside like Krispy Kreme (yum!) Will definitely be back here to buy more stuffs. PS: Restrooms are very clean and also have tissue papers available for use.

The shopping mall is well designed. You will enjoy looking around, and if you like window shopping you are at the right place. Also if you get hungry then you are at luck because they have great restaurants with great choice of food. From my prespective I am rating this shopping mall with high marks.

A lot of good food is in this mall. I also like spending quality time with my family here. The place also has wide parking and you won't have trouble looking where to park your vehicle.

Our go-to mall when in Davao City. A lot of choices for shopping, dining and amusement. We dropoed by to get a few things, allowed our child to play at the amusement center, and for me to have a haircut. Full on a holiday (May 1st). A lot of things going on at the same time.

Bibingkinitan is the best part of my visit in SM Davao. I was able to meet the very hospitable owner...Im from Luzon and missed the bibingka of Mindanao...to my amazement, this version of bibingka is really mouth satisfying...it comes with cheese, with salted egg and with buko too...ot is a merger of modern and traditional bibingkA...and the whole family loved it

SM City Davao is one of the pleasant places to bring my 88-year young mom. Though it would be great to add chairs for seniors, esp near the cashier, so that my mom could rest while I line up to pay. Thank you.

This SM is just the average SM its is anzing with a lot of store choices if you are hungry there are food places and a food court and if you are in the mood for a movie there is a cinema here I 100% reccommend this place you won't regret it

SM Mall Echo Land Davao City It's a nice two-level mall with lots of stores(Banks, Apple, Samsung, Globe Office, etc), food shops, and a supermarket. It opens at 10 am and close at 9 pm and it stays packed with people. The only two downers I experienced, this is the second mall I visited in Davao City the male toilets don't have toilet paper. Don't recommend using the male bathrooms. You have to pay 5 pesos for 5 sheets of toilet paper for which you will need 4 packs. Thankful this time I stayed at One Oasis, so I walk back to the place I stayed. The second downer, the Department Store, needs more people at the cash register. It took me 40 minutes to get to the register and when I did, she allowed a customer to walk up and purchase an item without asking me (senior citizens) if was it ok. No respect. Plus they need to get rid of employees standing around doing nothing that could be on a registered helping customers.

SM City, most accessible grocery and department store in DAVAO CITY.. It has honest crews.. my husband left his mobile phone at the grocery counter. The cashier turned it over to the customers service desk..My hubby got his phone back easily.. You are assured, SM is a safe place!

Very nice place, the location is situated accessibly for people who come from the east of Davao. The structure is organized, neat and orderly. There is enough space for people to walk around items.

if you are not from davao, you are not allowed to enter unless you have davao QR code. i hope they have logbook or other means of contact tracing especially for someone like me who won't stay long in davao and just passing by to buy some essentials

A shell of its former self. The strict enforcement of so called community quarantine restrictions makes this one of the least enjoyably malls. Many stores have had the weirdest policies on displaying phones and computers. Some have nothing displayed anymore at all, claiming that SM prohibited them to display their products. Opening hours of stores have become unpredictable as well, as some store close way earlier than the mall hours.

Bought something at the department store and the staff was very helpful in testing and explaining the product. As it is the holiday season the lines at the cashier were long. I lined up at cashier 11 and there was only one staff there (a counter of three) who had to do all the transactions and bagging the items properly. I wonder if the management was aware of the situation with the high volume of shoppers and less cashiers available? I commend the staff for being professional and helpful amidst the pressure! Hope you all get Christmas bonuses for you deserve it!

I like the stores, the groceries store is nice. When looking for American food item, i like S&R or Gmall. SM like a higher end shopping mall. I feel the items are higher quality there. They have a lot shops i like in one place. I hate it if i have drive to several different places to get what i want. SM has all the need and wants there, when i can go home. Not two or three stops to get what i need.

SM Eco has always been a great place to dine, shop, and/or do groceries. Bathrooms are nice and clean as well, if you're concerned. The mall also has a decently sized parking space so you won't need to worry where to park your vehicle although they don't have an underground parking area.

We noted a change in the number os stores and the selection of items was not as goid as when we were here pre-pandemic. Also, it was quite warm inside. But we understood that the pandemic has made it harder for many businesses. We trust things will get better as more people are coming to the Philippines.

Such a huge mall like any other branches of SM. Lots of shops and Fastfood restaurants.

My second favorite mall next to SM Lanang. I just love SM malls. Since they have an annex building, it makes it easy to remember the restaurants and the gadgets stores. It makes it easy for people who are not good with direction to navigate themselves inside the building.

SM to be fair manages to keep their malls refreshed. Certain malls if not maintained right or updated become drab and dreary. I've seen this in the US and here in the Philippines all too often. There are some examples but I'll keep their names out of this review. For its age SM City Davao seems remarkably fresh. Department Store is updated, staff are eager to please and very personable, and they have just about everything you need. Variety of shops within cover about everything you need from hardware - Ace, restaurants - French Baker, minor tailoring - Alter Station, etc. I haven't been to their theatres yet but they seem fine on the outside. Overall you will enjoy going back here again and again.
