The hairdressers were very friendly, enthusiastic, and chatty. My hair was done very differently than the mood board, which I have requested and done accordingly to my hairdresser's recommendation... in the salon, the people were giving a lot of compliments about her work, so I felt some kind of peer pressure to just go with it. I was even told to return to the salon for another session to lighten my hair. Overall, everything was great as I do understand why people have praised and given a high rating. However, I am quite picky with the salon, and it was just ok on side as I am not 100% satisfied with my hair but I do know that they do pull out amazing works on other customers (I've seen the results on social and the reason why I chose for this salon to let my hair done in the first place). I definitely recommend it even though my experience was quite different from other customers (in terms of satisfactory results which my rating is based on). But other experiences were definitely great.
