My wife stepped onto a poisons fish. Out hotel called this hospital for us. But the hospital was a dodgy private company. They treated my wife but 1 hour later when they released her from the hospital they took us to the closest ATM and MADE us pay on spot with CASH (580 euro)! They promised to give us an invoice. They never did. Their web site is not working (what kind of hospital is that?). We managed to find an email. They promised they will look into the problem but never heard back from them! We need the invoice to get the money back from our insurance company. We need to get a lawyer to recover the money. So much hassle for a simple piece of paper. This is how holidays are ruined. Update: They threaten to sue us because we put this post here.

Fantastic service from friendly staff Dr Nick looked after my wife when she had a very bad reaction to the sun. We were seen and diagnosed very quick and professionally I would highly recommend

Achtung Amateure! Vorne weg der Arzt war sehr unfreundlich. Die Sehne meines Fingers war gerissen was mehr als ersichtlich war. Daraufhin ließ er meine Hand röntgen um Splitter auszuschließen, was ja auch richtig ist. Bis hier hin war es in Ordnung danach wurde es sehr fragwürdig. Mein Finger wurde mit 2 Umdrehungen an den Nachbar Finger getaped und das war’s. Auf meine Rückfrage hin, dass die Sehne ja gerissen sei hieß es. „Achso ja, dann sollten Sie unbedingt kostenpflichtig bei mir ein MRT machen“ und dringend nach Deutschland fliegen. Meine Angst und Unwissenheit zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurde komplett ausgenutzt. Gut das ich einen Chirurgen im Camp hatte. Bevor ihr zu diesem Arzt geht macht lieber gar nichts.

My stay in your clinic was absolute professional and on a high level. Your cabability is top! I can really recomment your clinic to everyone. I'm recovering very fast.

Didn’t have any issues with this place or the people. Ran out of prescription medicine while on holiday, made a call, told best times to pop in. Popped in, paid some money for a prescription, received a receipt. Told which pharmacy would help, visited pharmacy and happy days. Try getting to see a UK Dr same day impossible. Highly recommend this place.

No Covid test results recieved after 24h waiting. Horrible company. Do not test here if you want to get a safe flight home.

Avoid this place!! We had to wait more than 24 hours for the PCR tests results and to get them we had to contact them which was impossible to do, no answer with the 3 numbers provided. Once contacted them we got angry responses. Terrible customer service.

Really good and fast medical service! All the doctors and staff are kind and speak different languages. I would highly recommend! And thanks to nurse Eva for her service and being available all the time 👌🏼

Overpriced Corona PCR test. Dody place, I cannot believe that this kind of clinic exits inside the EU.

To Expensive Rapid test, they are not carefully! And they are really not friendly!

Please avoid if you can! So I decided to visit them as they were closer. What a disappointment. I happen to be in the medical field myself so I had an idea of what I needed and thank god for that. They took pictures (probably to ask another doctor I’m not sure) I only saw my treating doctor for a few minutes while taking the pics and then when she came back in with a script. My husband was shocked as to how rude they were. Then I had to wait for the admin person/ ambulance driver to pay by card as they clearly overcharged me and had no other admin personnel on a Sunday while the practice is supposed to be working as normal. I’m restraining with adding more info about the experience.
