Great doctor, my friend and i had an emergency while on holiday and she helped us even though the clinic was closed. Really good doctor, she asked a lot of questions about medical history and gave great advice on how we could submit the costs to the insurance. Her English was also really good, so we could understand each other great. You could tell she had great knowledge about the issue we had, so we had a great feeling about her treatment. She even called afterwards to see if everything was okay now. Thank you so much dr. Lalla!!

I'm in kos staying at dimitra Beach hotel 3 days before I'm flying home to Sweden. I get an ear infection. I called this doctor early morning. She was fully booked..But she said come 30 min before I open for business I will help you.. I had a eardrum fracture after the flight and needed instant help. The Doctor was super professional and kind. The price was fair and she helped me a lot. And the doctor was absolute fluent in German as well. Thank you very much. You saved my vacation.

After I fell with my rental scooter in Kos City, a Greek couple brought me to Kos Medicare. This clinic did a very poor job at cleaning and bandaging my wounds and prescribed the wrong antibiotics for my skin type in combination with the sun. In fact I don't even believe that the people who treated me were real doctors/nurses. I had to pay an unbelievable amount of €580 for the treatment (45 minutes in total, bandaging and tetanus shot). The invoice said I was treated by a surgeon, which was not true. But at that moment I was in pain and nausious, and in no condition to argue about the invoice. Back at home I did put in a formal complaint at the Kos Ärtztekammer however. At night the bandages came of and the wounds were visibly infected. I was scared and called dr. Lalla in the middle of the night, having found her on the internet. She was very friendly and asked me to come in first thing the next morning, which I did. She treated my wounds properly and had me come back after 48 hours to clean the wounds and change the bandages. This was on a Sunday, but she charged the normal fee both times. She also prescribed me the proper type of antibiotics. She took away my worries, so I could enjoy the rest of my holiday with my daughter. I would recommend Dr. Lalla to every tourist that has medical problems when staying on Kos. She is very professional, friendly and spreaks excellent English and German. She also won't overcharge you. As for me en and my daughter, Dr. Lalla absolutely saved our holiday and my wounds have healed very well thanks to her.

When you're in Kos and need a doctor, don't hesitate and call Dr. Lalla. She is great and gives very good explanation in English and German, she helped us already two times when we were in Kos. Do not let the hotel or travel agency call a doctor for you, just call directly to Dr. Lalla.

Excellent service. I was very ill on holiday, which is always a bit worrying. Dr Lalla saw me immediately and instantly put me at ease, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and the antibiotics she prescribed me were excellent. If you are unfortunate enough to be ill, the best decision you can make is to give her a call!

Very good doctor with experience, clear explanation, baby had fever and after the wright medicine (just some ibuprofen) she was up and running within a hour. And we could enjoy our holidays again. Thanks!

I got ear infection on my vacation and miss Lala was an absolute sweatheart, incredibly helped with pain and everything that was needed. She had great english so there was no problem with communication. Simply 10/10 and i must reccoment to everyone !

Dr Lalla provides a very professional and friendly service and I would highly recommend. Dr Lalla carried out a physical examination and discussed my symptoms in detail. A sample was analysed and diagnosis made. Medication was prescribed Immediately and transport to the local pharmacy arranged. The sample was referred to local laboratory for further examination. A follow up phone call was also arranged to discuss the laboratory report findings. Full report and receipts were provided for insurance purposes.

Prompt excellent service. Even took me to the pharmacy in the next town and also arranged a taxi back to hotel.
